Ahhh I really felt that when you were talking about how social isolation makes you kind of fixate on your own problems and how nice it is to start socialising again and hear your friends talk about what's going on in their lives. I met up with one of my friends the other weekend for the first time in a year and it made me feel so much more relaxed and happy!
