I normally prefer estates, but in this case, I like the saloon. The V90 is almost too long. It is undoubtedly elegant, beautifully finished, and extremely swift.
The V90 is rather long, I think the V60 is probably a bit better balanced. Then again, the length gives the V90 nobility, in a way. But the S90 is gorgeous, true. I think personally I do like the S90 just a tiny bit more!@@shaywhelan1
In the UK I don't think we will be getting the V90 if my dodgy memory is correct. Volvo is no longer exporting estates to the UK unless there has been a change in policy.
I am so lucky to own a S90 T8. Best car I have ever owned. 40 miles electric range, hardly ever visit petrol station, 0-60 4.5 s B&W sound system, also so comfortable. Not fault free, electric heater packed in but replaced under warranty.
I have a 2019 S60 T6 with the twin-charged engine and polestar tune. I would’ve gotten the V60 equivalent had it been available in the US. The S90 and V90 are excellent and wholly-underrated by most. Glad to see your love of these cars is as they deserve. Keep up the good work!
I do love a nice estate, practical and elegant, So V90 ticks my box, That cabin is superb, just keep your phone in your pocket. Super informative review Anna.
I have a 24 model T8 V90 and it's brilliant. It has a 40-50 mile battery range (depending on season) and - to my slight surprise - I seem to be getting 40-45mpg out of the petrol engine too (and the petrol engine is 300hp so we might expect to be punished more for that when it comes to fuel consumption). About half of my mileage is on pure battery as many of my regular trips are within the range of the battery - on a cheap overnight rate (thanks Octopus) I get a full battery for about £1.30 - so can do 40-50 miles for about the same cost as for one litre of unleaded fuel. I've had it a year and have no real niggles. It's super quiet, has a magnificent sound system (Bowers & Wilkins) and is very comfortable and spacious..
Beautiful V90! I've got a 2020 V60 CC, love it especially the Bowers audio and heated wipers. I live north of Boston USA. My Volvo runs and looks brand new still with 50K. I won't be trading up anytime soon.
Another cracking review Anna. If I recall correctly the news from Volvo was that they are no longer bringing the estate cars to the UK which is a great shame. I wasn't always a fan of them some decades ago. Nothing against the cars but more something to do with the drivers back then. All changed when Volvo released the 850 estate and raced it successfully. Apologies I'm waffling. In a nutshell I do like the V90-T8 a lot, but although the 0 to 100 KPH is very good for that sausage dinner the inside storage needs some talking to. You were clearly not best pleased about that understandable though. Once again Cracking production, editing and presenting. Many thanks for sharing.
Volvo have always built safe cars but most times are like driving a tank 😂,this one certainly looks good and it as a fabulous colour trim , and the drive looks very impressive so I would think they are in to a winner 😊

Hi Patrick, I film by myself so sometimes I forget to get some more zoomed in footage. I am yet to drive the EX30, I was waiting for the summer actually. I've decided not to take EVs in Poland, only in Switzerland. It just became too difficult with charging in Poland. But I did film it static, great looking car!
