Hi Anna, happy Easter to you wherever you may be? It’s a yay from me. I appreciate the German engineering but I would be tempted by a Volvo or a Genesis, especially if I was moving clutter, with a girl who was 1.7 metres tall who wanted to sit in the back. 😊 I have coffee, an Easter egg, and your video, happy days 😊

I have had a V60 B3 Inscription for 11 months now. Last summer I did a roundtrip Turku Finland-Nordkapp Norway-Turku and the average consumption was approx. 5,5l/100 kms. The distance was over 3500 kms in total. Hardly any motorways though. But I would call that a reasonable consumption for a two-liter gas engine. All in all, I am very satisfied with this car.

Another cracking review Anna. Although I like the sportiness of a BMW with the state of the UK roads the Volvo would have to have a look in. With cameras everywhere in the UK the restricted top speed does not matter to me although if I was in a different country with better roads I might reconsider. As usual a very well produced, edited and presented video.

Very elegant and much nicer than an SUV. Unfortunately the UK pricing puts it the wrong side of the £40k barrier for road tax which means having to pay an extra £390 each year for the first five years. That would certainly put off a lot of family drivers.

Hi Anna! Great video as usual from you. I agree that the new Volvo is quieter, previously drove an older Volvo 245 from 1990 and there you could hear it when you drove a little faster. In the Volvo XC60 2019, I have to use pilot assistance and set the speed, because the silence meant that before I was crazy for high speeds, as I couldn't hear the engine as much anymore.
Anna, the next time you hear someone complaining that Volvo is too expensive, answer them with the assurance that Volvo has, the price is low and what you get for that price. My nephew he has owned different Audis, Skodas and VWs, but he realized that Volvo is the best, safest car and lower service costs. So after borrowing his grandfather's XC60, he ordered an XC60 T8 himself.

I completed last week a roundtrip Travemünde-München-Travemünde. About 2000 kms. The average consumption in my V60 B3 was 6,2 l / 100 kms. That wasn't so bad, considering the fact that I drove on German Autobahns. I wasn't driving at top speed, but at comfortable cruising speed, though traffic jams made the trip slower at times. V60 B3 was very comfortable to drive even along these hectic German motorways.

Drove a hybrid XC40 t$ recently and the comfort is night and day with the V60 easily winning.

Fabulous review and a brilliant video Anna. Well they always say "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but maybe tweak it and that's what it looks like with the V60. I know I keep on saying it but I do love estate cars and Volvo always make brilliant estate cars. That interior looks gorgeous even though it's simple in design but with that white and black contrast and the grey wooden panels it looks proper premium. Not bad MPG and 0-60/ 0-100 and it's great to hear that Volvo have improve on the hybrid system. Yes I think in the passed I would not be happy of a top end at 112mph but you are right as always that more then likely me and other people will not be going at that sort of speed or more.
Personally I prefer the V90 or the V90 Cross Country but that's me.

8 liters / 100 km? Are you kidding me, my 14 years old V50 runs on 5.9 liters / 100 km. What hybrid system actually do in this car? I would buy it if consumption would be below 4 liters. And that's the problem about modern cars, there were no major breakthroughs in engine sector for the last 10 years, the only upgrades were in infotainment, which is not the reason I buy a car. Looks like tough years are coming for car manufacturers, and that's great, because only then we will see proper revolution and progress.

In the current landscape, yes, this is a solid result. Your 14-year-old V50 might be carrying lots of memories and still perform well, but at some stage, it will run out of steam. Hi Anna,
I am great fun of your reviews and I’ve been watching them religiously with great pleasure.
Unfortunately, over the last number of moths - possibly since you left the Swiss roads and arrive to Poland - the quality of your reviews drop down significantly.
I want to clarified, there is nothing wrong with the way you conduct the review. It always been fantastic simply because you have a great talent+++
The problem is, a very unstable sound level through the length of the film/clip.
The level of your voice changes frequently, depending if you inside or outside the car.
However, the biggest problem is the supported music…
I don’t know who is sitting behind the mixing console but this person seems to have no idea how to balance the sound level between your commentary and the music.
I guess the difference between your voice and the music maybe jump from around 60dB to well over 70 dB
I found necessary to constantly adjust the speakers volume which becomes so annoying that I simply giving up on your reviews and I am watching more of the Thomas from .”Autogefühl”.
It is very sad but I am sure I am not only the one who’s share the same fillings.
My friend who I recommended “Anna on roads” also complain about this problem.
I would like to suggest that you talk to your video editor to look into the issue.
Thanks in advance for fixing the problem for many of your supporters.

I think it works brilliantly for both men and women actually. It also depends on the colours you select.

Anna is such a babe that she could convince me to buy a used Russian tank

Nah, poor reliability, challenged electronics … there are better options out there.

I would own this Volvo but then you always have the German makes pulling you away. But this car looks gorgeous. Still love your funny Anna quips “Floor it like a nutter” and the sexy look through the rear view mirror. You still look gorgeous. You’re too gorgeous really for car reviews - keep looking at you and not the car 😍
