We recently bought a lot of peaches from The Peach Truck and thought we would show the best way to freeze peaches. Preserving peaches is a big deal for us since we use them regularly but the season is so short.

I got mine from the peach truck too and they were delicious. I also froze mine. No lemon juice, flash froze on cookie sheets than put them in food saver bags. I like your way better

@@artofcreationhomestead way to many but 1 tree never ripens..We are not sure why but it's been 6 or so years and the peaches never ripen on thst tree..We also feed the peaches that fall to the chickens and they love them..Can't beat free food.

Those remind me of my childhood. We had peach and nectarine trees and my dad would freeze them. Boy those look so good.

How much lemon juice did you use for that amount of peaches?

I used about 3-4 tablespoons for that huge bowl of peaches. It doesn't take much.
