My parents did this every year (strawberry too) . We always had frozen peach wedges to pull from the freezer in the winter (as well as summer garden yields frozen or canned). This years, there will be peaches in my freezer.

Flash freezing is a couple hours not 12 lol. In commercial it's minutes.
I have 500 peaches. Is there a faster way. Why not put them i a ziplock from the tree whole.
