    Take a garlic clove, peel it, rub your fingers with it and pick the yolk up, pull the albumen off with the fingers of your other hand. Works every time.

      @@AsiaCoffee I didn’t believe it until I did it, then tp prove it I did it again and it works. If you try it post a video, or look it up there’s tons of videos on it. I make a lot of ice cream which requires only yolks so I tried so many ways to separate an egg and this messy but as I say it works.

    Thank you for the sensible tips! Other channels advertise sensible tips for separating eggs but start off with how to saw open an ostrich egg! I as actually surprised after a few videos that I hadn't run into the channel hyping separating eggs with a leaf blower. Yipes!

      Watch the video again… At 02:16, you can clearly see the tool hanging on the wall at Target with the price label above it $1.00. It was probably $1.10 with tax.
