In Christ/ you died were buried and raised to walk in newness of life. You have eternal life! Hell will be eternal death. Forever separated from God.
Absolutely nowhere does Scripture say that regeneration precede faith it says the opposite infact. Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

I agree. The moment we believe the gospel we are sealed with the Holy Spirit /regenerated.
