yep, and Jamaica has been doing international sailing competition already - it's called Pineapple Cup. I think needs more swimming pool access and instructor’s so that Jamaican can learn how to swim that biggest obstacle we live an island high percentage afraid of the sea.
Excellent point. Many people would be surprised how many Jamaicans can’t swim. The gym I go to in US reserves two lanes for instructors to teach kids to swim a couple of times per week. It’s cute watching them learn to swim.

Actually it was many years before I knew that many Jamaicans did not know how to swim. My dad may have been the exception.
