Its animation is the sort that doesnt age especially cause it is similar to old style animation which has seen a comeback in various forms of media(look at cuphead ^-^) and it is stunning to look at especially the dancing hola girls who have a really nice flow to thier dance and the rythm with the music

There's just something so hypnotic and creepy (in a good way) about this song. The symbolism is over the top. Such a 1940's animation vibe. Back then cartoons were not made for children which is why so many were gnarly and disturbing. I’m starting to think the algorithm buries indie music for the music labels gain. If we saw this four years ago we would collectively flip our shit. Weird how everyone gets recommended this in the same few days. I smell CONSPIRACY!
I'm pretty sure the algorithm being more automated is to blame for this. I'm getting more music recommendations than ever before. In the past I would only see music videos if I watched them but now I get them regardless.

There's just something so hypnotic and creepy (in a good way) about this song. The symbolism is over the top. Such a 1940's animation vibe. Back then cartoons were not made for children which is why so many were gnarly and disturbing. The creepy line of fingers reaching out for you is sooo spooky. i like the way the knife is sickened by what it is being used for. The happy drum beating on itself and pretending to love it while really he is beating the shit out of himself to entertain others and make them happy even though it hurts him. So cool. Also her boobs can really rock! What do the "R" and "M" represent? I'm guessing maybe initials?

I remember years ago watching this the day it came out and not understanding it but absolutely loving the art wishing I could draw, animate like this and make music someday. I haven’t figured out really how to do any of those things I mentioned but I still have the guitar stuck in my head. It’s been replaying in my head every once in a while ever since I saw it.
Honestly this one of the most amazing things to me because it gives me a weird 6th sense of nostalgia.

I'm assuming its a joke, but in case not, check out some old cartoons that whole siren tongue design is actually a classic design. Funny enough a lot of bizarre horror comes from old cartoons cause of just how creepy they could be if you tweaked them a bit. Honestly crazy how much changes.
