Song of Nunu retcons the war of the sisters a little bit. It confirms that the three sisters, and the Yetis actually joined together to defeat the watchers. Although the game didnt tackle how this happened mid civil war. So its unclear if this is a big retcon to the entire war of the sisters or if theyve just decided that the watchers took longer to manifest, giving Lissandra, her sisters and the Yeti's time to unite. Willump was in that war too.

I'll take a look and see if there's anything relevant for part two. I don't think we know very much though, other than the Ursine have been over there if I remember rightly. It's weird how big it is though!
