Man since your first lore video I was captivated by the way you edit these videos, really good quality content. I love to learn more about Runeterra through these videos. Is Freljord next?
That's the plan! Freljord is about..1/6 scripted or so but there's a lot of research needed for that one. Most of the history for the freljord comes from verbal tales and there's a lot of snippets of info here and there across multiple bios, short stories, comics and stuff (even some info in the Garen Novel). that all comes together to give a picture but there's so many gaps (on purpose by Riot) that I'll do my best to tell that story and do it justice. Hope to see you in the next one :)
If Mageseeker is canon (might not be now) then they have at least stopped doing that. (game came out after this video). That game ends with Lux basically running a town in eastern Demacia where mages are allowed, and Sylas bombs it north, presumably to spark up an alliance with the winters claw which leads to the warriors cinematic from YEARS ago.
I'm wondering if this whole anti-magic aspect of Demacia will come into play in the Riot MMO in some way. I'm sure they will adress it from a lore and story perspective but actual gameplay consequences? It would be interesting to feel kinda helpless entering Demacia as a mage. Maybe you'll have to do a questline where Sylas teaches you how to draw magic from petricite, so you can use your powers again.

There are a ton of places in Runeterra that could be converted into environmental debuffs which would be cool.
