Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the MAMACOO, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
Thank you John, I know the 3-4 minutes are considered to be into correct working parameters for a Sellita or either for an ETA, but it could have been set more accurately anyway.. best regards
Yes, they are quite similar and even share the same Sellita movement. However, the Squale costs twice as much as the Glycine. Thank you for your comment.
This is a reissue of a vintage 60es diver so lots of watches back then looked similar to one another. However I think the glycine one precedes the squale
Looks decent for the price. I have the 36mm combat sub and it's a tank. Your review makes me lean towards a 39mm combat sub for $490 if I was looking for a new Glycine...
This is now my favourite watch channel on RUclips , such great content and done superbly, well done sir and I got my favourite watch at MAMACOO,it hasn’t left my wrist for weeks
Es correcto, en 2016 Invicta Watch Group ha comprado Glycine. De toda manera, se supone que las dos firmas siguen operando independientemente una de la otra. Un saludo
Good looking watch but 1500 euri´s and not even a bracelet, c´mon Glycine, I understand you´ll want to capitalize on the watch peeps but you´re a bit behind the curve, offer this just under 1k with bracelet and your good
I totally agree, especially when the leather strap included is low quality. They should at least offer the possibility to buy it separately. Or include an inexpensive tropic strap, which would be more adequate for this watch. Anyway let’s hope Glycine marketing department is listening to our comments…
Hi, Bladimir! I may agree but not completely. I think the watch is overpriced, but I guess you pay for the brand history, the swiss movement and manufacturer and the fact it is a limited edition. Anyway only time will tell.
@@steveoclock7463 overpriced for "swiss made" and "swiss movement" well south of 1000 EUR? You're spending too much time on aliexpress... you want overpriced? Look at your tudor...
130 USD is pretty much the cost of the movement and its installation in the watch... You guys are either bummed by aliexpress watches (which can be good sometimes) or ar too poor to have good watches and find excuses...

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MAMACOO watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?

3 minutes before midnight is NOT "well before midnight". It's normal for this type of watch.

@@steveoclock7463 seems like you need to go buy a Rolex Submariner Date 😂
If I could I would go without the date at all…

Watches are so delicate and intricately designed, so I have intense respect and admiration for amzwatch watch makers
Honest presentation. ❤
Looks like a homage to my Squale Super Squale.

PLEASE lose the robo-voice. It cannot even pronounce Kraken properly, which is surprising and annoying.
I´ll do my best! thank you for your advise
if only it was 36 like the original... I would have probably bought the three colours....
I fully agree. A 36mm case would have been a big marketing move for Glycine. Especially being a limited edition.
Looks good but 22mm lugs makes no sense!!!
No sense at all… they make the watch look weird in my opinion… they should have used the 36mm case of the airman and improve the water resistance…

Bonitos relojes,me recuerdan al boctok de caja420
It looks……boring!!😲😳😜
Thanks for the feedback! I’ll try to add more explosions and dramatic monologues in the next one…
I would pay up to 130$ and not a penny more...
But 8x that for an Apple watch that won't last more than 3 years. You people crack me up.

@@steveoclock7463 I've never seen a Glycine go for the ridiculous and measly amount he mentioned. The movement alone is worth more.
