      Thank you! Always an exciting but nerve-racking race. I’ve done it 14 times. I’ve never crashed here but I have had many many close calls

    At 1:45 there is a red arrow pointing to rider 417. I forgot to annotate this in my editing. It is Peter Fickinger, who came in ninth

      Doug, yes, it’s slightly downhill and it’s the second to last turn on the course, also the road I think is a bit narrower here and you can easily find yourself very close to the curb on the right.
      (by the way, the Fuji track bike you sold me a few years ago still gets a good bit of use. Thank you!)
