Thank you! I have this lock on my bunny hutch bc my 4yo likes to let them out. The lock got reset and the bunnies were locked out. Followed this tutorial and got it unlocked easily.
mnewbaker06 if it's already unlocked you just put the lock in reset mode by turning the shackle and push it down into the groove and just set a new one, you dont need to know the combo if it's already unlocked. So while holding it down in the groove while open spin the numbers to a new combo you want to use. If that dosnt work let me know, it should though.
Don’t know how you figured this out but it worked perfectly! The more i did it the better i got at the correct tension and feel. Once you get the very first number you can actually fast spin through all the other combinations with the last two wheels real fast till it opens if you are having trouble with finding the right tension etc

if its unlocked just reset the code by putting it to the combo reset state, like when i set my combo in the video, shackle open and turn and press to change code
I was trying to pick an old combination lock withouth luck. After a lot of different guides this one helped me. After carefully following the steps the lock suddenly unlocked. I had totally forgot that I had already cracked it and set the combination to 000. Fuck me.
You really have to put a lot of tension on the shackle for it to work. Not easy due to the small size of the lock, I often clamp the shackle in a vice and pull down on the lock body with my left hand (I'm right handed).
it could be harder with an older lock, or a lock that has been out in the weather, because it may be harder to notice the difference between the gate catching, or just being hard to turn, try to spray it out with WD40 to get out any possible grime (just a suggestion) since I dont know what the lock looks like
@@PatricksDIY Its the same as the one as in the video. The problem is is if I apply a little bit of pressure on it then all the dials become hard to turn and I don’t know if its old age or something else. Also it was locked on my treasure chest because of my younger brother. Thinks he is so funny.

the lock will not actually stop moving when you are applying tension, it will just be harder to move than normal
