I do many of these same stretches, some with slight variation, considering that I am soon to be 61 YO an I'm still kicking them out. I have a small home gym in my basement and I use the steps to stretch, mainly for the pigeon stretch. Love the cat! My cat Linus weighs 18 pounds. He is my personal trainer. LOL
Haha that's awesome man!! Keep moving! I met a tennis player once that was 99 years old and he said the only reason he could keep moving was because he never stopped.
@@thementalgoalie You can go on my page an see a few videos I posted. I'm either playing goal, or on the Harley. A couple videos are of me playing at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
@@OutRayGeousVideoProductions those are sweet videos man! And the fact that you're still playing and moving that well is fantastic. Keep up the great work!!
Raymond, that’s awesome it show’s a deep love of the game. Keep “Kicking them out” as long as you can man. I’m 57 and as long as the body is willing I will play till I cannot play any more then maybe I will take up playing forward or D it seems easier ;)
Either or. If I'm warming up before workout, generally I'll do these once but hold them for 10 to 15 seconds. If I'm on a recovery day and stretching out, I may do a few reps but still hold 10 to 15 seconds each.
Hi Matteo! Fold one leg underneath you and stretch the other leg out behind you. Once you get more comfortable with it you can bring your chest down to the ground.
thanks man, i got states in a week and this really helped.
Awesome, I'm glad! Good luck at states!
I'm a Yong goalie and ever since I started doing these stretches daily my goal tending has improved, thanks a lot.
