HI NATASHA! ! I am hearing impaired and blind in one eye. . When mom passed away two years ago, I was 85 pounds .Now, I gained a lot for ice cream and other junk food lol.. I stopped all junk food due to will power. I am trying to loose weight a lot due to acting audition which is coming soon. I am not that young , 50 yrs even though I look very young! I saw other exercises websites , you are the best! I love your oral speech ! you can encourage people for workout. I am using your exercise videos. I am on diet on now. I can't sleep very well always due to grieve. Is it okay if I eat peanut butter with grape jam sandwich for lunch??. I eat hearty chicken rotini soup and egg, and green beans for dinner. . please reply back to me regarding that question. Thank you. God bless you!
