where did those percentages in the beginning come from? It's this kind of stuff that turns me off from the early part of the video because it feels loosely made up just to sell an idea.
I always figured the subconscious mind is infinitely deeper than the conscious mind and is probably one universally shared force dived into from different sources and that the unity with the subconscious is what gives that temporary (yet potentially transformative) kind of euphoric "breakthrough" experience. 10% seems like an outdated idea to me but I guess it works for some who don't think about these things
It does feel real BUT i mean in the moment you think about like 1 thing while your brain has tons of your memories you arent already thinking about But isnt that like 99.9% lol
I am not hypnotherapist. My approach is a bit different. I work with guided Somatic Journey. The difference is that I am not standing in a role of leading the process. And directing you in what to see, feel or do. I am not the one who decides. Instead I only take you in full awareness into internal sensation of your body where younsee things as they are. For example your muscle, or heart or stomach will send sensational signal. And you approach it. You are the active participant and the main executor. The visions and sensations arrive to your awareness, instead of me offering these to you. Your body is sending them. You are able to receive old memories, and also see beyond them. Understand their reason, change the information, and return your energy, that is stuck in that memory. So yes, memories are possible NOT to erase. But to change its impact on you. Because you realize the purpose of that event. Then you see that emotions are like messages to draw your attention inwards and learn. That's the purpose of discomfort. A memory is a connection of neural impulses that happen almost as if your brain is experiencing that 'memory' another time. You can 'forget' by preventing yourself from attempting to re-experience that memory (experience), but you won't really _forget_ it, because your neurons can end up activating in such a way again. So kind of... kind of not
Excessive Ruminating memories about my past and daily life that i can't focus on present and think about anyother thing. It started happening with me 1.5 month ago. Will it go away.
Hello, I have an addiction. Can someone hypnotize me remotely and help me? I don't know English and I wrote this sentence with Google. Please someone help me, I'm tired of addiction.
Usually I see the sessions are $120-170. Google “hypnotherapy near me” and check out the hypnotherapist and their reviews. It’s recommended you do 6 or more sessions.
Pills treat the symptoms and not the root cause. Hypnotherapy is guided meditation style therapy which does not involve taking drugs or doing anything physical. It is mental (psychological) activity alone.
@pamjacobe4586 it can help you 100%. There is the Easy Way session from Allan Carr which is pricey buy worths every penny. I speak about the session with a therapist not the book. I also believe any other hypnotherapist can help you to quit. I was smoking 2 packs a day and I succeded thanks to them to be smoke free.
Just don’t count and measure every single thing in your life, don’t resist and just let go, if you you say you can or can’t you’re usually both right,

It was Sigmund Freud who coined those numbers, not hard to look up.

Can hypnotherapy help erase bad memories?
Not an expert but I believe therapy in general doesn't erase memories, but instead helps you work through them and see them in a different light
