Thanks for your information but I noticed your pumpkin leaf is slightly different from ours in Nigeria. Though I may say that it's the same but no design on the leaves of our own. I am from Nigeria just knew about you just about two days ago.
In Nigeria we have two types of pumpkin, the one you showed now is called fluted pumpkin (ugbogiri) in my dialect, while the second is just called pumpkin in my dialect (Ugu) I am from the Eastern part of Nigeria.
I am sure you can find Nigerians in Kenya 😊
The fruit is the same as the one you showed we also boil and eat but problem is the design on the leaf. I will plant it ,we use it to make soup or eat yam. Find and let me know if it's the same. Thanks
