I get what he means though, it's kinda depressing to die immediately for every new move a boss has. Then next time you try you realize it could be avoided by a simple roll or parry. Or just running in circles panicking like every boss' DM.

He accualy did beat Xemnas in KH1, on Proud, 1st try, Blind, and manage to survive the 1 hit kill move without knowing it was a 1 hit kill move TWICE(or maybe just 1 i forgot) XD
Also he have nightmare battling both Vanitas Spirit and Mysterious Figure from BBS(which is also a good future video)

I remember how people were still trying to figure out who this guy was. Someone thought that it was Riku from the future, or Sora from the future, or perhaps just some ancient Keyblade badass. And who the hell was Xehanort? The community was very active when this boss was released.
I remember them days i always said whats left of an old keyblade master. Then the birth by sleep trailer made me so fucking hyped to find out who they were.

How tf did he not have second chance? You have to beat the game to unlock this boss, he had to have been LUDICROUSLY low level, or never bothered equipping the ability.
The thing I love (and hate) most about this boss is how he randomises his patterns and moveset everytime you go in. It's a great way to keep players off balance, never sure of what bullshit he's gonna pull next.

I like these kind of compilations. Mine was less "let's try to beat him now" and was more "let's see what I'm up against to beat him later". But I did eventually beat him, so take that Lingering Will. :D

Fun fact: for those who haven’t seen or played KH BBS (birth by sleep) Terras keyblade (Terra = lingering will= key armor) is called “Earths end” and is the strongest story based keyblade Terra is able to get

Lingering Will is KH2’s ultimate challenge for a damn good reason. You know that mobility that got you through the other boss fights? Well, this guy’s just as fast, is far stronger than you, and has enough defense to easily tank your best moves even at level 99.

Youd find them in places kinda relevant to when they were lost (Aqua's in Radiant Garden/ Vens in idk twilight town) and they were like extreme teasers for their playstyles in BBS

I remember my first try. Got annihilated by the glider attack. Mind you, i had neglected to grind for second chance and once more, so i died pretty much instantly.

well sorta, they were given at points in ye story, and had way more utility than formchanges, and you had access to all of them at once and not limited to three ima fight,

ZeRo getting screwed by all kind of moves
I remember that the first time I saw that I've should checked on ProsafiaGaming KH2 all bosses and secret bosses, and all the sudden I won by ProsafiaGaming's advice.
I had to poop before the guy said “your blade will be mine” but then the force of the cringe was so powerful it actually sucked my shit into my mouth and i barfed it up
One thing I loved about this boss fight is that it's varying its attack patterns everytime I face it. It has a huge arsenal of moves and becomes less bullcrap the more you fight it. Difficult, but fair, to an extent.
The only bs thing i see with this fight is a tiny area where his retaliation whip move will hit you before you can dodge roll after an explosion. Then again, it kept me on my toes.
This Batman literally had all the prep time.

It took me 4 months to beat this guy. Finally pulled it off on the day of my 29th birthday. That was 7 years ago, I went and partied after that😂
