You can also go into blending options on the background and use inner shadow to make the border and if you want it abit transparent then just turn down the opacity

Then, wait for your character to load and at the bottom of the cones press the grey one, (click the one with the most light) And you are good to go! *And this way does not include blender. It is the same as 2BULAR Bros's avatar in the thumbnail.*
