Grats on the Worm-eating Warbler. I really enjoy those birds. I've seen three of them here in California.

Both Hong Kong 🇭🇰 , Singapore 🇸🇬, and neighbouring Malaysia 🇲🇾, also has the Common Myna bird. There are also the Tufted Myna birds as well.

Another great video! I'm not watching them in order, as I only just found your Channel. But enjoying each episode I tune in to as I try to catch up.

Congrats on the lifers! I have also seen a magnificent frigatebird and a gray kingbird around the coast of the Florida panhandle.

Australia shout out! Can confirm the myna takeover over here. Not sure if you heard it call, but they are also quite 📢LOUD. Great video; enjoyed seeing some reptiles and other animals too 😊

Thanks Tash, thought you might like the Australia shoutout.
The Myna was right at the intersection of two busy roads so the sound wasn't great to use in the video, but yeah, we heard it, and yeah, it's loud!

Very enjoyable video you guys, I like how you include other groups of wildlife - even the odd snake!

Awesome video. If you stay in Florida long enough you may hit 300 birds there in that state alone haha. Awesome birds and congrats on all of the lifers!

      Thanks 😊
      You could, for sure!
You could see 300 in Ontario, too... if you chased every rarity. With our full-time jobs, I don't think we'd manage it, though.

Just catching up on videos. Some comments: 1) I wonder if you could delay telling us what the species is to just a few seconds after it appears on screen. This currently only happens about 1/10 birds by chance but I really enjoy trying to guess before you say the name or the words appear. Most bird shots are long enough that I think you could start showing the bird before you say its name. 2) Great that Sarah is becoming more involved. 3) Would love to see you start commenting on bird sub-species (like you did the for the deer). Many birds that you're seeing are a subspecies or another and it would be cool to start calling that out - fitting with your theme of being scientific about your observations. 4) The shorter intro is very nice - you might want to consider trimming the standard intro for when you're back in Ontario (I know it would have taken a lot of time to make). Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, some stuff to think about. Not sure if you saw, but I did do several "Guess The Bird" videos through the course of last year. I've stopped, because they weren't particularly popular.

@@BritHikesOntario I have watched those! I think what I'm suggesting is more of a subtle change that I don't think anyone would notice, but would still give viewers an opportunity to see the bird briefly before the big reveal. Thanks for the good videos!
