I heard this song on Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Show and just had to animate to it. The lyrics were a bit odd when I really listened to them, but the rhythm was a treat.
Oh completely awesome.. love the contrast and the bluesey cool glow of the background. I don't see this much black in animation usually so its very unique... of course... and you are right the song is mysterious 6/4 chord progression haunting. Fave part? Those sassy so-long hearts at the end. Nice one! Made my day fer sure!
@Whinebitchmoan Thanks for your nice comments. I do like Flash but it's always hard to get the drawing line quite right and always too easy to do a shape tween instead of animating it. Going thru a non creative period right now. Stay with your Flash work!

Are you familiar with a show called tuca and bertie? I feel like there's a lot of influence of your work in their 1st season's looks. Colorful bouncy fun buildings, almost all bird characters etc.
You mean like, in a fog? in a bathtub? Or in Flash-- that's what I'm using. This one only took two weeks. Since it's all for youtube, I don't get fussy about it.
Flash is the only animation software I've used. I'm more comfortable with Flash code than using it for animation, but it's just so freeing after all those THOUSANDS of cels I drew and inked and painted long ago.

who sang "i am a mole and i live in a hole" its a 60's song,i think it was a black group that sang it,it was so funny when i first heard it,i almost fell over luffing,would love to get a recording of it,but i dont no who sung it,hope you can help with this.
