Nice idea Bungalow in high altitude places like anitpolo pr tagaytay but not suited in low lying areas. Bungalow is also what i dreamt of when i reach 60yo. Good house design all has sunshine in those bedrooms.

Kung wala ng swimming pool at pagisahin na lang yung bedroom 2 at masters bedroom. Alisin na rin yung walk in closet at yung bath and toilet sa masters bedroom. Ihanap na lang kung saan pwede maglagay ng cabinet. Pantay na lang yung wall ng Masters bedroom at bedroom 1. Yung hall way sa pagitan ng bedroom 1 at masters bedroom ang magiging bath and toilet ng Masters bedroom. Ipantay na lang yung wall ng Masters bedrrom sa bedroom 1 at sa papuntang dining at living area to maximize the space.
Ok na po yung living room at kitchen, ilipat na lang yung main door sa front ng living room. Maglagay ng windowsa kitchen para kita ang car port.
Pwedeng ng mas maliit na lot dahil nabawasan ang floor area.
Pwedeng gawing dirty kitchen yung sa labas ng kitchen para doon ang tuloy ng pinamili galing sa car port. (2 car port). Sagad ang bubong sa gate ng carport. Pwedeng garden yung front with garden set.
