Hello, I really love to watch your video deisgns and I would like to request for a minimalist modern house design for a 3-storey 90-sq.m flr area (total of 100sq.m lot area) and a roof deck (for basketball and other leisure).. this house will consist of 4 bedroom (1 on ground flr while the rest will be upstairs) plus a carport that fits for 2 cars.. Are these houses include the cost of the land? I’m from Canada and we are in the research phase in possibly buying a land, and building a house. I’m very interested in cost findings of land and building the house. Preferred location would be about 1 hour max outside of Manila, preferrably, close to beach and/or mountain view with no flooding and lots of fresh air. This is amazing. I'm moving to the Caribbean and planning on building my own home. I have everything in place to start building. A bungalow is my dream home. How do I obtain a floor plan for that bungalow. I have one other plan but keeping my options open. This bungalow is stunning. I see myself building this already.
