Wow... I often imagine what kind of design my Dream House would be based on different financial capabilities. But this design of yours, fit everything in my checklist!!!! I just gotta put partition wall between the living area and dining area because I hate for my guests to see me eating.
Lovely design. the only thing I'll change is the dining hall in the back to a bedroom and the small bedroom between the 2 bedrooms will be removed. It can a beautiful 3 bedroom house.
Overall the design is beautiful and doesn't suffer from the giant windows everywhere trend that is in most other designs, but bedroom 2 seems more like an afterthought than anything else. It would be better served being transformed into an ensuite for one of the other two bedrooms. The dining room feels incredibly constrictive, it would feel better the corner walls that separate it from the rest of the house would be removed. Perhaps even removing the wall between it and the kitchen, allowing the cabinets to serve as a delineator between the two rooms. There is also no accommodation for the power or telecoms coming from those nearby utility poles. Incorporating an external, possibly covered alcove for them into the design language of the house would allow you more control over the actual finished project rather than just having contractors bolting them to the house wherever they choose and at whatever angle and height pleases them. The same goes for a water heater or central A/C and heating unit, there is no accommodation for it in your blueprint, leaving you with less control over the finished product as someone will end up coming along behind you and just drawing one on somewhere in a manner that will not necessarily follow the design language for the house.

硬性規定停車間後面有個房間，
咁樣，已經破壞左「私密性」存在啦！
如果將房間拆掉改廚房，
而廚房位置，改成廁所仲好，
後面食飯房番成主人房，預期仲大，
至於下面，拆左一個廁所🚽，
把廁所靠窗外，而廁所兩邊都有門口，
兩間房共用，這樣可以看到共有三個套房！
