My resale value will only be higher. I don’t even use the 600 square feet on my second story. Completely empty. And I have almost half an acre of property. Paid $89,000 last year, here in southwest Georgia. This home would have easily cost me over half a million in Reno, Nevada, where I was from.

This is the right balance of inside to outside. For me, I would make the middle bedroom a music/library room and have less steps (age related.) I rarely see a house that I would not change bits and bobs, but this one is IT! Bravo/Brava to the architectural design team.
Well planned throughout. Great interior, loved the laundry area, also the outdoors. I would make the pool/pond area as a dip pool on hot summer nights or days. Any house will need work, regular maintenance and expert gardening to maintain to a standard like this.
It is a very beautiful design. It is a modern and stylish interior. Even the color of the tiles on the floor makes you feel the understated beauty. It is difficult to find houses of this style in Korea. I built a small house in Thailand this year, and I want to build another house again.
This house is almost perfect! Instead of one half bath and one small bathroom with only a shower, I would prefer one full bathroom, with tub and perhaps a sliding barn door between the commode and the bathroom. That way you could have a guest toilet, separate from the rest of the kid’s bathroom.

Beautiful smaller home. Beautiful finishes, windows and loved the small pool and gorgeous landscaping. It also had plenty of storage, which is a big plus. What I didn't care for was the choice of music, strange art, and I don't care what type of cars were under the carport!!
I liked the wrap-around glass windows, and the corner with the water feature is very interesting. I fear that IRL, the dining area is too narrow for a room that is also acting as a major passageway, though. (Trust me-I suffered with the same situation in my last house, and there was just no getting around it! After a week of squeezing past chairs, we tried shoving the table against a wall; and eventually we just ate around an island in the kitchen and used the dining room for something else.) You might be better served exchanging the water feature for more interior sq ftg, and allowing the living/dining/kitchen spaces to be more open concept. I know it’s hard as a designer to give up your cool focal point, though!
Yes... if remove that powder too., I don't like having a toilet near a dining or kitchen area, and get some width that way. It's a lovely house though it would be a pleasure to be in
I would remove the wall that is separates the living room and dining, make the island bigger but put the cooking range in the wall and the washing sink in the island. It will make the space open and easier to get around and the dining table area won't feel so claustrophobic. I do love the water feature but would make it like a hot tub or a tiny pool to soak into than like a mini fountain as here. Or it could also be a fish pond. Could also totally add a small elongated rectangle pool in the back where the outdoor seating is.
