This house is great. The only issue is (and this is a pro tip) - everytime you have a pool, you always need to design a wet path from the pool to a bathroom that doesn't go through parts of the house you don't want to get wet. This house's wet path from pool to bathroom goes through the middle of the house from kitchen hallway to the hallway to the bedrooms.
Just enough room for a retired couple. I don't need the pool, but I would just keep it as outdoor space, maybe we a small gas fire pit and comfy chair to sit in.

And did I miss an exterior-vented range hood? I didn't see any closets in the bedrooms, except for some cupboards in the master. No linen closets throughout the house, no pantry, no place to store cleaning supplies, no garage storage. I would lose the pool and use that space to add in some practicality to this design.
Muito bonito, mas achei que a sala de jantar ficou um pouco desvinculada de lugar, imagine ter que atravessar com o prato na mão o corredor e a sala pra chegar na mesa de jantar, sei lá, poderia colocar a mesa mais próxima da cozinha, mas do resto realmente ficou mt bonito.
