I used one pack of phyllo dough for two pies. Mold diameter 22 cm
For the salty pie
Filo dough 0.5 packs
Boiled sausage - 300 g
Cheese (any) - 150 g
Tomato - 150 g
For filling:
Mayonnaise - 100 g
Sour cream 20% - 150 g
Egg - 4 pcs
Mix everything, add black pepper and salt to taste
For the sweet pie
Three large, firm peaches, peeled and sliced
For filling
Cottage cheese - 350 g
Sour cream - 80 g
Corn starch - 5 g
Sugar - 160 g
Vanilla to taste
Egg - 3 pcs
Bake at 170-175 degrees for 40 minutes, use your oven as a guide
