Hey buddy, where have you been again? I love your stuff on here. I’m a bit biased as I also have a Gen 1 ZZR (2007).
Just the best most awesome Bike I’ve ever owned!
Be great to see you back in the saddle doing some more great rides. Also I’ve just got the calimoto app on my I phone and haven’t a clue how to use it! Cheers. Bob.👍🏻😎🏁

Fab countryside, great route; good vids fella I was actually looking for some videos of the ZZR in use etc so found your Scotland trip a few years back helpful.

Welcome back again!! Great stuff, a brilliant route on a beautiful day. The drone of the big zeds engine/exhaust note is addictive

It’s a great noise isn’t it. I just need to play about with the external mic position so I can do it justice. What do you ride?

Feckin hell!! That cattle grid!!! Lethal.
Looks a nice route that. Do like the sound of them zedzeds👌👌
I got a big card in my Hero 7 and run it off of a powerbank in my jacket pocket. Much easier than faffing with batteries.
Well spotted with the damsel in distress😁😁
    Thanks for taking us along👍👍

Thanks for commenting. It was only because I was following a slow moving car and heard the bars rattle that I even noticed the cattle grid. Lethal!

Welcome back, I have watched your previous Scotland trip including your route around Skye about 5 times. Great vid, and a great idea. Love it! 😀👍

Thanks, Ian. Glad you liked the Skye video. Have you ridden it yourself? It really is incredible. I’m heading up to camp on Arran and Mull next week - can’t wait.

@@TheMotoExplorer Hi. I have done the 500 and have driven on Skye but plan to go back up this year. I want to Island hop the West coast. I have a ZZR performance sport but currently do most of my touring on my GS1250. Look forward to seeing your new adventures.
Keep up the good work and stay safe. 😀👍

What an excellent video, shot on the perfect day for it 👍 Great scenery, terrific Twisties accompanied by good narration and decent audio. Well done Pal 🙂 that cattle grid was a death trap 🤕!! I had an Epic ride myself yesterday, up the Sma' Glen to Amulree, up one side and down the other of Glen Quaich, along the side of Loch Tay to Killin falls, returning along Loch Earn side.
I finally got the Rode wireless Go 2 to work, audio sounds pretty good. I've also tried another mic to capture the sound of the Akrapovic's, as you've noticed yourself it picks up more of the chain, sprocket and even rear suspension. Whilst the helmet mic does a pretty good job of capturing the deep throb along with your voice.
Like yourself I found the ZZR a bit of a handful on the single track reverse camber gravel and mud covered roads. I also had some steep switchbacks both up and down but then I was rewarded with some of the most Epic scenery I've seen anywhere. Let me know when your coming up at Easter, I'd love to meet up 👍

Yes, I’ve seen you added a new video. It’s on my watchlist for this week. Looking forward to it. Glad you got your mic working. Agreed, need to get more exhaust and less mechanical noise. I’ve shifted the mic ready for the next test run. Will see how I get on.

@@TheMotoExplorer I've put your channel name up in Neon during a shout out, thanks for your valued support.👍 I'm afraid I took it at an easy pace when you see the road you'll understand why? Listening to your video, your helmet mic appears to be capturing the depth of the exhaust pretty well on its own. Mine has too, especially if listened to through earphones. I tried a mic in my top box but it captured more drive chain and suspension noise than exhaust, as well as things like my disc lock bouncing around. With the pillion mic working as well, I'm sure that'll be enough. Cheers...Michael
