Dr. Kong, I've watched numerous videos of clinicians, researchers, experts, and influencers on the topic of health, nutrition, exercise, and sleep. In the area of stem cells, you are a compassionate and extremely knowledgeable clinician. Your superpower is that you are a gifted educator who explains complex topics in an easily understood manner without over hyping or under stating its benefits, risks, and efficacy. Thank you for what you do, and keep up your good work.
❤️❤️❤️ You just made my day... I am so grateful for your kind words, and good people like you give me the inspiration and motivation to keep bringing helpful information to the public, so that we can learn, grow, and flourish together...🙏❤️
@@JoyKongMD I'm getting Stem Celsl in 2 joints with PRP and Exosomes and an IV treatment tomorrow! wish I had found you before. You are way closer too!
@@jeffharoldsen2059 I hope you do great with your treatment! Keep me posted on your progress. Would love to help you next time you would like to do stem cell treatment. We have a very comprehensive approach at our clinic. This video can give you more details on what we do: Best Place to Get Stem Cell Therapy and Treatment Approaches ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
I have watched most of your videos, and discover some new understanding from each one. This one was so informative on a practical level! As a side note, you are living evidence of the efficacy of your stem cell therapy, looking younger and more healthy in this video than any other that I have watched! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, especially in such a down-to-earth, transparent, matter of fact manner. I think both the information that you provide, and the manner in which you deliver it, help to affect our perception of the industry, and will be a huge factor in the normalization/adoption of MSC therapy in the near future. Much respect to you.
Your kind and thoughtful comment is deeply appreciated...❤️ It makes a world of difference that my essence and efforts are appreciated and found helpful, and that they can help bring about more positive changes in the world... And in particular thank you for the kind comment about my youthfulness...🙏 I definitely practice what I preach, and would like to be an example of how we can age gracefully and beautifully...😊❤️
Totally agree with all your comments. The first video I watched had me saying my goodness Joy is so clear and straight forward it would be very advantageous to connect with her. Much love to you Joy!
Dr. Kong, I watched my first video of you a few days after I watched Bryan Johnson's video, and I am GREATFUL. I watched your great description of the benefits of umbilical stem cells.
Thank you for your kind words. So glad my comments help put some perspective into this exciting new arena of modern medicine... I will continue to share the new knowledge and insight I gain as new studies and breakthrough come out...❤️
Dr. Kong, It's an absolute pleasure to hear your caring, detailed review protocol, which reflects your extensive education and practice. Congrats, and keep growing younger and sharing.
I find Dr. Joy Kong extremely competent and trustworthy and most importantly very informative. I’ve only watched a few of her videos and already I feel like I know the basic story about what is really going on in the field of stem cells both in the US and abroad. I feel that Dr. Joy Kong’s practice is devoted to providing the highest quality stem cell therapy in the field. It is truly a joy to see someone in the medical field offering true healing to their patients. And that is what I feel that Dr. Joy Kong is offering her patients. Thanks for cutting through so much of the gimmicks and hype surrounding Brian Johnson and his vast resources for trying to stop and reverse his aging. Lots of money spent ignorantly ends up being money wasted. Those of us not blessed with such deep pockets have to make sure we get the most bang for our buck unlike Brian. Small resources coupled with high quality knowledge can go a very long way possibly further than Brian is able to go. Time will tell.
Thank you for your kind comment. So glad you found the information I provide helpful. It means a lot to me. It's very important for people to be correctly informed so they can make the best decision for their health...
Good to note that Cellcolabs’ MSCs are based on 25 years of research from Karolinska Institute led by one of the institute’s most cited professors. This means that eg: The data about the cells having two hours shelf life after thawing has been meticulously retrieved and is approved by EMA. (Futhermore, the cells are reconstituted which entails more than just thawing, which is why it’s done in another building.) The cells are checked for surface markers, including HLA expression. They are also checked for genetic modifications. The treatments are conducted in clinical trials, which gives another world of quality assurance compared to treatments that have not been reviewed by a regulatory body. There are several reasons Cellcolabs provides cells to clinical trials in the Bahamas in addition to clinical trials in Europe, one of them being that it is legal in the Bahamas to pay for clinical trial participation, enabling long term preventative trials that pharma are very hesitant to sponsor, and driving down the prices when the volume increases. I think we should all help each other to further the field even though I understand that critique comes naturally as there are many unserious practices out there that we should be very sceptical towards.
I appreciate your comment and the info you provided. I would like to know what kind of processing the cells received during the thawing process. I understand the clinical study aspect. However, just because something is under clinical study, it doesn't mean the quality is more assured. Many people can set up a clinical study without having to prove the quality of the cells, and I have seen this happen a lot. What is the regulatory body that approved this clinical study and what kind of quality control do they require? And yes, we should all help each other, to do the right things and do the best we can to advance the field of stem cell therapy to help more people heal. ❤️
Really enjoy listening to your info. I first heard about this maybe 6 months ago. Found it quite intriguing and your simplification is so enlightening. Just like when you buy a new car all of a sudden you start seeing this car everywhere. That's kind of what I'm noticing with stem cell and came across Tony Robbins book that I think you referred to. Collaboration is critical and realize that there's so much information coming out and little by little everything will be sorted out. Thank you for sharing your perspective and educating all of us.
You are so welcome and thank you for your kind words. We are all students in this together. I share what I have learned. The goal is to relieve suffering and elevate vitality and happiness :)
Hi Dr. Kong, I had watched that Bryan Johnson video a few days ago and thought of you as I was watching it. Thanks for this video and the information provided.
I am so glad you found it helpful. So many people are quite confused by all the different types of stem cell therapy, the rhetoric that it is not legal in the U.S., that one needs large numbers of cells to achieve benefits, etc... I wanted to clear myths and give people information that will guide them to the best type of therapy to improve their health:) Thank you for your support.
Hi Dr. Kong, just found your channel. So informative. My wife is giving birth any day now, we are thinking of storing the umbilical cord for future use.
Amazing video! Great information on so many topics. Makes me feel very confident in your work. When I am ready to get stem cells, I will be coming to your clinic!
Thank you for your kind words and vote of confidence. I appreciate it more than you know...❤️ I look forward to meeting you at my clinic in Los Angeles one day...
Great vídeo! I been following Bryan Johnson for a long time. I also take the big green in morning and some suplements cause I have a short buget. People have notice the diffrent. He has try to help us for free. But when I read he was going to do that treatment I nearly freak out. I said a message saying it is good to help us but to go so far on his own health. But he had already done it. If I knew this before I would told him to reach out to you. I aways repeat myself but you are a great explaining everything in detail. I have learn so much of stell cell with you also love the other postcast you do with other Doctors. I really hope with you and more people this will drop in price and we can have a life without pain. Love from Spain ♥️
Thank you so much for all your support and kind words! Yes with time and gradual change in the healthcare landscape the price of stem cell therapy will come down... but if you are able to take advantage of this cutting edge therapy now, doing so is worth it, because there's nothing more precious than our health and well-being...❤️ Good luck with all your other endeavors to enhance your health!👍
Thanks for this excellent video! I am a fan of Bryan, love his motto "Don't Die". The only logical explanation why he has not yet visited Dr. Kong's clinic is that he has not heard of her work. Why not reach out to him? It would be awesome if he got on the same routine like Dr. Kong herself (stem cell treatment at her clinic every three months). We could then see how much it helps him because he publishes data about his body regularly. Dr. Kong is amazing. She already has reached Bryan's goal of looking 18! 🙂

Seems there are many more important aspects to consider than were talked about in Bryan Johnson’s video. On my end, I’ll be waiting for the treatment to be available and then mature more in Singapore before going for it. Regular slow injury rehab for me for now. He’s doing an anti-aging symposium in Singapore next month, but I’ll probably not be going. On the other hand, if you come by and do a stem cell therapy workshop, I’ll be a lot more likely to go listen.
@@convexset There are important benefits to capture to help the body heal. I will be speaking in Vietnam and Indonesia at the end of October and beginning of November.
Dr.Kong, first thank you for the amazing content, I can’t stop watching. Can you please talk about injury recovery protocol? You mentioned your own recovery from the fracture.
You explain Stem Cells very well in great detail I have been getting stem cell injections for knee injuries from playing competitive tennis over the years and the left knee that I tore years ago and I used Stem Cells. I was doing pretty well until I tore the other knee And recently, when I was at an event, ran into some people who were talking about their best surgeon, who just recently repaired their knee from meniscus tear and they were wanting to share that information so I shared that I was just getting a lot better from a recent stem cell injection, and one of the guys puts his hands up in the air, and says well, I was Raised Christian Catholic and we Wouldn’t go there with Stem Cells making it sound really bad and that was the end of our conversation made me feel bad
A lot of people live under fear and are not open. Definitely find people who are receptive to new ideas and information to talk to, and don't let their limitations make you feel bad. ❤️
Thanks for the info it was extremely informative you do look absolutely amazing in general but for a 53 year old you really look beyond amazing I appreciate your opinion and your explanations of everything it was very easy to understand.
Thank you for such kind comments. It is very much appreciated. I am so glad that my attempt to provide good information to the public is well received. ❤️
I liked this as you explained what was happening. Better than his original video for your insights. I am 62. Feel the same as 30. Look almost the same. No wrinkles, no Paine, no aches, very active., eat a healthy whole food high animal diet and good genetics luck. I look forward to living forever, ir dying trying.
Thanks, doctor. Very interesting and useful information in the video. I've always done a lot of sports and weights and never had any problems with my joints or anything else. Recently I was diagnosed with MS and then symptoms started getting worse and I started getting osteoarthritis which MS seems to trigger from what I've researched. I'm using glucosamine now and have completely changed my diet and lifestyle to hopefully cure myself. I hope Bryan doesn't have some other underlying issue or that he hurts himself with his experiments because when you have some chronic illness or money, people will try to sell you anything without any regard for your health or anything else so just a word of caution to all.
Thank you for your input and I'm so glad you found my video helpful. I am sorry to hear about your MS diagnosis... Addressing your diet and implementing other health-enhancing protocols will do you a lot of good! You can always consider Stem Cell Therapy as well, as I have had good successes using stems at therapy in MS cases. But it's always important that you eat a healthy diet, exercise, sleep well, detoxify, and take the right supplements...
You are welcome! I don't know where the cells he used came from, but I can tell you where the cells came from that I use in our clinic. Please watch this video for full details: Where Do You Get the Stem Cells? ruclips.net/video/jfz8qnraFTI/видео.html

2:31 I've been following primarily Bryan Johnsons BluePrint Protocols as well as a Carnivore based diet in hopes of curing my COPD that I've been diagnosed with along with another lung disease and can't wait to implement a stem cell program into my yearly routine as well. What I can't wait to see and I'm sure Bryan will as well, is when the Science community stops Click Baiting everyone and making (makes no sense) comments like why the Doctor here says she doesn't have the same "aches and pains" as Bryan detailing that Bryan is like what 8-9 years younger than her, BUT then she later in the video explains that she has been taking Stem Cell Injections, and even straight into her blood stream since she was 46, now she says she's 53?? I mean it's an overall good view and video Placing Bryan Johnson at the forefront of the conversation really, which is great! And I understand enough about the RUclips CRAZY Algorithm DEMANDING for Click Bait material and click bait titles. It'll just be nice when everyone comes to understand that first, the man's monthly program called Blueprint does NOT cost us 2 million a year, his TEAM and RESEARCH costs that, the Blueprint costs around $1,500 a month, including groceries, and he's trying to even get that lower. And 2nd, when everyone comes to understand that he's not a liar, he's not doing this as a money-based idea, even though he and his team WILL make some money, as they should, helping to SAVE LITERALLY human lives. LOL I mean, after 2 years of hearing everyone nonsense, and him giving ALL of his research out, and making it an Open Source, you know, the Click baiting, the snarky remarks that make no sense. I mean of course this Doctor's aches and pains aren't as bad as Bryan's, she's been on HIS Stem Cell Therapy, basically, even a better one it sounds like, for 8 more years than he has been on them. lmao I sincerely hope that Dr Kong and Bryan Johnson can help bring the cost of stem cell injections down, AND that she can bring more awareness to the huge benefits of Stem Cell Injections, and I hope that she is in great health, sincerely. I mean her idea of 30 year olds taking part in yearly injections, THAT'S BRILLIANT! I hope everyone has an awesome week. - Bill Cragg #BryanJohnson #Blueprintbryanjohnson #DrJoyKong #StemCells
Hi Bill, I appreciate your taking the time to comment and share your thoughts. I definitely understand your defense of Bryan. However, to make it very clear, I merely wanted to provide my perspectives on the stem cell treatment he underwent, so people can have a more accurate understanding of stem cell therapy if they are interested in pursuing it for themselves. There's a lot of misinformation out there and I feel responsible to get the correct information out. Nowhere in my video did I discredit Bryan Johnson or his efforts to bring certain protocols forward to improve his own health or his fellow human beings'. In all fairness, he did emphasize that he spent $2 million on his health yearly, so it's a legitimate question why he still had aches and pains, when great results can be achieved at a fraction of what he spent... it warrants the question of whether his approach need revision or improvement... Again, thank you for watching the video. And good luck to your health. I have seen stem cell therapy doing amazing things for COPD.
@@JoyKongMD thank you for the reply. If possible could you please send me a link of any research which is done in a human that has shown to regrow cartilage made up of type 2 collagen? Any trials with post procedure MRI finding where there is evident of cartilage regeneration? Till now i haven’t found one. I’ve only found one genuine research from stanford and it is soon starting a human trial.
He spends all that money with aches and pains. I did and still do a lot of sports at 47. I have no aches and pains because I eat beef, butter, eggs, salt and water.
@@JoyKongMD I honestly recover better at 47 than I did at 27. Keep up the great work! People will follow this guy like he is onto something. Let’s not take health advice from people that are failing!
@@JoyKongMD just so people know the intensity that I train at I will just say I strength train 4 to 6 days a week, I jump rope or jog three days a week and I surf short boards at an elite level 2 days a week. I had muscle tears in my shoulder and abdomen that wouldn’t heal for over 5 years. I then went full carnivore and was pain free in 4 days. When I started I could barely do 10 pushups and just hanging on a pull up bar caused intense shoulder pain. I did 54 push ups and 10 pull ups with zero pain the other day. If you are not healing relatively quickly your first step should be to check your diet. The human body will heal very fast if given proper nutrition. Mostly keto/carnivore works the best for most people. I fell for the plant based lies. My body fell apart eating whole food plant based.
Hello Doctor. I’ve been using red light therapy for a few weeks and have had minimal success. What are your thoughts on the oral version of BPC157? Have you experienced or heard of success with it?
It's really a shame that he doesn't come to you for this therapy... He has all the finances needed and everything!! I am pretty sure that he would have spent less with you than he did with them as well! Thank you, as always, for all the info so freely given... ❤
That he's participating in a clinical study may explain why he's in the Bahamas, which may offer better liability protections for the pharmaceutical company or testing clinic than what would be available in the US.
The amount depends on a person's body weight, age and health issues, but generally between 20-50 million cells at our clinic. Because these are native (unmanipulated and unexpanded) cells, you can achieve the same results with less cells.
I have seen patients who have gone to overseas clinics and didn't do well with treatments there (some from highly recommended locations promoted by big names like Joe Rogen, yet got much better results at our clinic... Maybe this video will shed some more light on what we do at the clinic: Best Place to Get Stem Cell Therapy and Treatment Approaches ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
Hi Dr. Kong, Thank you for making this video that answer several of my questions on what Bryan is doing. What recommendation can you provide for most effective parkinson treatment? Is it just MSC treatment or combo with PRP, exosome, ozone therapy etc etc? Will the injection be somewhere near the brain to get the most effective outcome? Two other general questions: 1. Doesn't the stem cell from umbilical cord not have "pure" Mesenchymal properties & have to be processed like at those clinics abroad that culture them through a couple of passages to achieve the best "pure MSC stage"? 2. How much does cryo-freezing & then thawing out "lose" in pure-MSC %? Please shine some lights here & thank you so much in advance!
Thank you for your questions. For brain conditions, we have various modalities in addition to stem cells, such as using mannitol to open up the blood brain barrier, and we also add intranasal exosomes which can get into the brain easily. We also incorporate, ozone therapy, various peptides, and powerful laser light therapy. Maybe this video of mine will explain our approach in a little bit more detail: Best Place to Get Stem Cell Therapy and Treatment Approaches ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
And I would like to answer your two questions. 1. Extracted cells from the umbilical cord can include a whole range of cells, and cells from the umbilical cord blood is very different from the cells from the umbilical cord tissue. Even cells from the umbilical cord tissue will include cell types other than MSC's. What I use in the clinic is a combination of the beneficial cells in both the cord blood and the cord tissue. Expanding the cells in cultures may not be a good thing for the recipient, and please watch the video I just shared in the previous reply to you. 2. Different stem cell companies will have products with different viability of cells. The freezing and thawing process can be stressful for the cells. However, if done in a highly skilled facility, the viability can be over 95% after thawing, which means that over 95% of cells will still be alive after being thawed. Choosing your source wisely is important.
2:30 Hi Joy, you mentioned you are 53 with no aches and pain and Bryan is late 40's and have joint pain. Can you tell us what type of workout/exercise you do, your diet, sleep, stress level to be in a healthy state like you. Thanks I think we can learn if we hear your healthy story.
FYI - Bryan Johnson was born August 22, 1977. So, nearly 48 at the making of this video. He doesn't look too bad for his age, but does have a sort of rubbery appearance. As to why he has taken this extreme path? It's likely that his body is genetically weaker. As a side note, Mel Gibson had stem cell therapy too, and he has reported feeling great afterwards especially with 'wear and tear' joint issues. And, his father had stem cell therapy at age 92, and his organs and body were actively failing. He wound up living to age 101. So, stem cell therapy likely works for most people, and will possibly the future of many medical interventions for healing therapies. Imagine healing your body joints, as opposed to joint replacements. Or healing inner ear vestibular problems like Dana White's health issues (Meniere's Disease).
Thanks for your comment. There are indeed wide applications for stem cell therapy. If one looks at the mechanisms of how the stem cells work, it is hard to imagine anyone not getting benefits from it...
Still, with $2 million a year to invest in health and a team of top physicians, such aches and pains should have been taken care of done effectively... Through a healthy lifestyle and powerful therapy like stem cell therapy. Please watch this video of mine that explains my approach for treating osteoarthritis - the chronic inflammation of joints: Stem Cell Therapy for Osteoarthritis ruclips.net/video/8kL-Z6sZe8g/видео.html
It depends on many factors, including what type of cells, what clinic, a person's own age, body weight, health issues etc... In general, in the U.S. it ranges between $5,000 to $30,000. Please watch this video of mine, which explains this in greater detail: Cost of Stem Cell Therapy ruclips.net/video/l3nFAtHbqyI/видео.htmlsi=L6GSn2M009oa0eeZ
2:10, placental stem cells would have been a better choice. In Oriental medicine there are a number of plant, animal, and mineral substances categorized as "reconnecting sinew and bone". Basically, they cause damaged tissue to revert to stem/progenitor cells, that propagate across the injury site before re-differentiating. 26:00, warm and shivering is reacting to an invasion. It may be a bad reaction, or it may be some local pathogen or allergen. 28:00, Can't bend his knees is likely due to swelling of the local tissue before changing it, maybe propagating the new stem cells in the area. With an herbal salve for injuries, I usually apply it during the daytime and leave it open at night to allow differentiation an regular healing.
I watch everything Bryan Johnson puts out. I find his project fascinating. However, his output needs to be checked by knowledgeable people who approach his output with honest curiosity and professional skepticism. I liked your video!
First of all thank you for a great video. It's also fantastic to see that you are responding to everyone's comment so thank you for that. I was just wondering if you've seen the documentary The God cells on RUclips, about fetal stem cell therapy, and what are your thoughts on it if you have any please?
@@JoyKongMD I am planning to get stem cells so would somehow love to get your opinion once you watch the documentary I mentioned. I just need to choose where and when exactly I get them. You made some amazingly common sense points about this video in that with his protocol why does he even have any joint pain. With the valid reason being that we don't have enough stem cells which his protocol thusfar has not addressed.
As age 61, I have zero ache and pain . No exercise, I should 😅. This Bryan guy is doing so much thing. He even had cosmetic done to his face which is weird to me Bc I think he should prove what he put in his body should reverse his aging process naturally without cosmetic work done. So I am not impressed at all. I am glad dr Kong pointed out and explained.
Would you like to comment on my son's sitution from 15-20 years ago? As a youngster he had morbus slattus in both knees and underwent a procedure to extract stem-cells from his marrow and transplant them to his knees (without cultivating them). This took place in Germany and was not particularly successful. Liked your video. Thank you.
Really glad you like my videos. Are you referring to Osgood-Schlatter disease? If so, from the mechanisms of the disease and the how stems cells work, I do believe that stem cell therapy could be helpful. However, the type of cells (age, how it's obtained and process, where it is injected, any other comorbid issues, can all affect the results). I hope this knee issue has resolved for your son now?
@@JoyKongMD Well, thanks for writing back, Dr. Kong. The condition to which I'm referring (as you corrected - morbus Osgood-Schlatter) was explained to me (in German) as the ridges developed in the knee-cap of an adolescent from the panatella-tendon use tightening over them which causes great pain in the skin of the bone. My son grew out of the condition and became a professional basketballer. The procedure was touted as a new procedure in Haltern, NRW, Germany in 2009. I did ask the doctor if there was a way of cultivating these stem-cells outside of the body to make them more effective, but I'm not sure he understood me (or wanted to).
@@howardcohen6817 Glad your son grew out of it. Culturing the cells don't necessarily make them better, actually oftentimes it can promote senescence and lead to reduced efficacy and increased side effects.
Where did the bone marrow come from? I noticed that they scrambled the words when he got ready to say where he got the stem cells from... I did hear a small portion of what was said after the scrambling... He said it came from something young...
They came from a younger donor who gave his bone marrow so a lab can produce bone marrow-derived stem cells. The bone marrow cells, even though can be very helpful, have already declined and are not as potent as umbilical cord derived stem cells, and also has the potential to cause rejection because they can have more surface markers that mark them as a different individual if indeed this came from someone else...
In ankylosinng spondylitis, intravenous infusion of stem cells has shown to be beneficial. One may not need to, or even want to, inject into the spine itself.
Hello, I’m new here. I’m hoping the you can answer a question. Since stem cells can calm inflammation is it possible to help lupus? Or would that make it worse for lupus? Thank you.
Hi, yes, indeed there has been a lot of evidence of stem cell therapy being effective in autoimmune diseases. I have seen very good results with lupus patients. Please watch this video on RUclips where a lupus patient gave her testimonial: CUTV News Spotlights Dr. Joy Kong of Chara Biologics ruclips.net/video/i9_iFPa80Xs/видео.html
Dr. Kong, I love your videos, they're really clear and informative. I've one question: Is there a risk to deplet prematurely the local stem cells of a specific tissue, like a liver, as exemple, because we are activating them several times with injection of stem cells throw the years?
I am so glad you are enjoying my videos. When we inject Stem Cells from a younger source (meaning not from our own body), we are definitely not depleting it, and actually adding to the supply. Elements in these young stem cells also can help with the rejuvenation of our own cells, through their ability to reduce senescence and even repair the DNA... however, when you use your own Stem Cell source, you are definitely depleting your own supply... Please take a look at this video about the three stages for healing in stem cell therapy: ruclips.net/video/3mTqZ0ggQGM/видео.html
This is great info! thanks for sharing, I first came across this with Dr Adeel Khan, I would love to see the two of you have a discussion on this together.
Dr Kong, what is in the IV infusion besides the stem cells ? Is it the same IV you get at the hospital for dehydration just with the stem cells added ?
We were speaking of IV infusion of stem cells, and of course, different other elements can be put in the IV fluid. Many doctors also add vitamins, amino acids, minerals, etc. into the IV fluid...
I have not seen research studies on this particular condition, but seeing what it can do to help knee cartilage regenerate, I do believe there is a good chance.
Dr. Kong, I have taken my 8 year old twice to Central America for stem cell therapy for her autism. She is high functional. I have seen many many changes the first week and then since May 2023. I am planning to do a 3rd stem therapy in the next two months. Do you have experience on this subject? She was also born with a genetic disorder which the stem will not cure it but is helping with her autism. This has been very expensive. How come the USA does not permit this? I would love to have a video consultation with you. Cheers!
Hi, I have treated many autistic child at our clinic in Los Angeles. I just gave a lecture at a large autism conference in Brazil 3 days ago. I will publish this lecture when I have a chance to record it and the one I gave had a lot of time spent on translating it to Portuguese... Yes I would love to help you at our clinic. Please put in a contact form at www.joykongmd.com or email info@chara-health.com. You can also call 818-356-8232.
We do remote consultation at our clinic and we have a pediatrician that takes care of our autistic patients, and of course it's always under my supervision. The US does NOT prohibit stem cell therapy for autism or any other condition, it's just in a gray zone and no clear regulation is available yet. However, the way we do it at our clinic we use unexpanded cells which means the cells have not gone through any manipulation, making them a tissue transplant product, and not a drug. Please watch this video which discussed my approach to stem cell therapy: Best Place to Get Stem Cell Therapy and Treatment Approaches ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
Very interesting presentation, thank you! I know that FDA prohibits replication of stem cells in US, so you are just following their recommendation, but have you seen any real studies (preferably not ordered/financed by Big Pharma) that replication of stem cells is in any way makes them less useful? I used to believe that FDA (and other 3 letter agencies) have our well-being in mind, but that belief has been decimated in the last 4 years.... The problem with this recommendation (or is it an edict?) is that it makes stem cell treatment prohibitively expensive in US. The same procedure that I can do in Mexico (or Columbia) for under 3K, would cost me way north of 30K in US. It may be OK for wealthy folks, but it is out of reach for most Americans.
There are A LOT studies supporting the benefits of stem cell therapy. This public lecture I gave only presents a fraction of the evidence. Hope you find it interesting: Clinical Evidence of Stem Cell Therapy in Diverse Diseases ruclips.net/video/IbrXPyEPKN8/видео.html
Wondering how my stell cells are doing with my hardcore longevity program. 2MAD, zero snacking, omnivore Mediterranean-ish diet, low carb. Fast 24 hrs once a week, fast 3 days once a month. Workout 5 or 6 days a week, lots of supplements, prioritize sleep. 59 yrs old.
You sound very disciplined! 👍 however, even with our best efforts, our stems, our supplies, dwindle, and replacement will make a world difference illustrated by research studies.
Dr. Kong. Why not use your own adipose -derived stem cells for less chance of rejection? And if so, what equipment do i need to set up my own lab outside the U.S.? i would like to treat myself though being a few years older than u will my stem cells have limited efficacy?
There is a reason I choose to use umbilical cord as a source of stem cells for my patients and myself. Your own stem cells have significantly less efficacy than umbilical cord sourced stem cells. Please watch this lecture of mine to see why, where I presented a lot of scientific evidence. Hope you enjoy. Are All MSCs Created Equal? ruclips.net/video/_srondIUvAI/видео.html

Each patient's treatment is individualized and determined upon a detailed consultation. Generally 3 treatments spaced 1-2 months apart would be a realistic protocol. Aww that's very kind of you. I appreciate that comment!!! I want people to start really feel proud of their age - we accumulate years of experience and wisdom, but don't have to accumulate physical and cellular decline... we are at a juncture that we can really extend our youthful time on earth...❤️
I thought there was a break through awhile back where someone figured out away to reprogram skin cells and turn them back into stem cells so there would be no need to get stem cells from other people. Was this not true???
Unfortunately, there's still drawbacks to this approach, and there's a risk of teratoma formation. We still haven't mastered this approach yet for safe clinical use.

I have an inquiry, if one is receiving stem cells in the cervical, and lumbar is it recommend not to have numbing agents? Also if one is having IV of stem cells what would be the recommended amount of stem cells that would be optimal? Would you say 20 million IV a good amount of stem cells? Wartons jelly Mesenchymal stem cells
Thank you for your question. It really depends on what type of cells we are talking about - is it umbilical cord blood cells or umbilical cord tissue cells? Is it using your own Stem Cells? Also, the dosage would depend on a person's bodyweight, age, and health issues. It has to be an individualized approach. We do a comprehensive consultation at our clinic before deciding any recommendations for our patients.
Bryan spends all of his time trying to extend life. He should spend more time trying to live life. Calculate the thousands of hours he could have been doing something to enrich his life and share his energy and resources helping others. I can't imagine showing up to heaven with nothing more to show than statistics. And then there are ' In and Out burgers" It's a shame he missed that!
I don't think he is necessarily just doing it for himself... It's an experiment he claims will benefit others. So there are a few ways to view it.. -He is doing it to improve his health and other people's health. -He is doing it for the money(since he is selling some of his supplements)... possibly advertising for other companies too. -He is doing it to improve his health, other people's health, and also for the money. Only him really knows.
If joints in the body are regenerative then why are knee and hip replacements so common ? Same with chronic pain in back and neck joint's . If this guy has pain wouldn't he already know if his problem is arthritic , especially after spending all of that money ?
Hip and knee replacement sometimes are not necessary. Please watch this video where I discussed a study illustrating that point: Stem Cell Therapy for Osteoarthritis ruclips.net/video/8kL-Z6sZe8g/видео.html Your question is the question of why we degenerate and get sick in the first place... this is why I was so interested in anti-aging medicine, which is the branch of medicine that looks at why we decline with age in the first place... osteoarthritis is simply an inflammatory condition, and as we age, we are not repairing as effectively. The key is to address the root cause why we're having all this inflammation and reduced regenerative potential.

I have watched most of your videos, and discover some new understanding from each one. This one was so informative on a practical level! As a side note, you are living evidence of the efficacy of your stem cell therapy, looking younger and more healthy in this video than any other that I have watched!
This means that eg:
The data about the cells having two hours shelf life after thawing has been meticulously retrieved and is approved by EMA. (Futhermore, the cells are reconstituted which entails more than just thawing, which is why it’s done in another building.)
The cells are checked for surface markers, including HLA expression.

That he's participating in a clinical study may explain why he's in the Bahamas, which may offer better liability protections for the pharmaceutical company or testing clinic than what would be available in the US.
what amount of stems cells do you recommend per treatment and maintenance?
The amount depends on a person's body weight, age and health issues, but generally between 20-50 million cells at our clinic. Because these are native (unmanipulated and unexpanded) cells, you can achieve the same results with less cells.
He should go to your clinic and compare results 💜

Maybe this video will shed some more light on what we do at the clinic:

ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
Hi Dr. Kong,
Thank you for making this video that answer several of my questions on what Bryan is doing.
What recommendation can you provide for most effective parkinson treatment? Is it just MSC treatment or combo with PRP, exosome, ozone therapy etc etc? Will the injection be somewhere near the brain to get the most effective outcome?
Two other general questions:
Maybe this video of mine will explain our approach in a little bit more detail:
Best Place to Get Stem Cell Therapy and Treatment Approaches
ruclips.net/video/VpICLGyVMfY/видео.htmlsi=2nkpMgyJc-iO09lf
I love your Authentic and transparent approach
That means so much to me! Thank you!

Aww thank you. I probably should do a video on it...:) Let me work on that:)
He actually says he lived unhealthy, so it was not from decades of sports. Anything that can help with long COVID? Please do a video! ❤
Still, with $2 million a year to invest in health and a team of top physicians, such aches and pains should have been taken care of done effectively... Anyhow, I actually presented at a conference regarding autoimmune conditions and long COVID, please watch here:

@@JoyKongMD Thank you for the explanation...

In ankylosinng spondylitis, intravenous infusion of stem cells has shown to be beneficial. One may not need to, or even want to, inject into the spine itself.

Love your statement: Accumulating years without biological degradation ❤
Thank you very much! That's exactly what we can do these days now!😃
Please take a look at this video about the three stages for healing in stem cell therapy:

Thank you for your comment! I will look up Dr Adeel Khan...:)
Dr. Can stem cells be used to help regenerate nasal cartilage and it's surrounding structures?
Hope you find it interesting:

You sound very disciplined! 👍 however, even with our best efforts, our stems, our supplies, dwindle, and replacement will make a world difference illustrated by research studies.
@JoyKongMD Yes I figured, that's why follow your channel. As I gain knowledge on this subject I can see how to make this an addition to what I do.
Dr.

Your question is the question of why we degenerate and get sick in the first place... this is why I was so interested in anti-aging medicine, which is the branch of medicine that looks at why we decline with age in the first place... osteoarthritis is simply an inflammatory condition, and as we age, we are not repairing as effectively. The key is to address the root cause why we're having all this inflammation and reduced regenerative potential.
