  • Basically we have all kind of employees in our organisation. And we find sometime that after having so much of man power and system, even though expected result and productivity couldn't be achieved. This is the video to show that how can we bifurcate employees into different categories. And then we know the actual reason for not getting actual result and productivity.

This is a very good video. Everything is summed up in this. Performers and those willing to perform should be motivated to do more while the dead weights should be removed immediately as they ultimately destroys companies and ruin productive efforts.

Doesnt matter if you are a top performer: arrivers 10 minutes early, do the task to the best of your ability, avoid unnecessary talks over work. At the end of the time, the guy who slacks off and talks more than work will get more recognition than you. You give your blood for an organization that won't recognize your efforts.

I think it depends, when I see trouble for peoples jobs due to offshoring, acquisition, I see a lot of people changing in subtle ways, they became more self centered. being a "performer" can also be a selfish pursuit of just trying to get more projects done faster (but making mistakes and being difficult to be around, less helpful, etc.) Also it stems from the top, just look at the results of companies when they have effective vs ineffective management strategies and leadership skills (or lack of it). Apathy for employees welfare and only concern for short term profits, can ultimately be bad for a company in the long run.

It's spelled correctly, it's spelled with an s in English, American English uses the z
