If You Have Just 2 Bananas: Make Healthy Cupkakes! High in Fiber and Protein!

  • Ingredients:
    *2 banana
    *3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
    *1/2 cup gluten-free oat flakes (or buckwheat flakes)
    *2 tablespoons maple syrup
    *3 tablespoons meltet cold-pressed coconut oil
    For GLAZE:
    *100 g organic chocolate (70% or 80% cacao)
    *1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
    *coconut flakes for sprinkling
    ****************
    Mix all the ingredients and bake at 175°C (347°F) for about 25 min.
    Cover with chocolate glaze and place the cupcakes in the fridge for about an hour.
    Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
