Love that you guys have a “European Grand Canyon”. The goat shots were absolutely the best!! Awww 🥰 this place is so beautiful! The halfway point looks absolutely amazing, do you ever see anyone climb those rocks? (Clearly someone’s been up there, I see the flag!)

@@ActiveAlexis I've been to this region already a lot in my life and kayaking was always during the day. I never seen someone climbing here but last year I did see climbers preparing later in the day. I guess because of the heat climbing is done really early or at evening.

I've just been there and kayaked the 24 km stretch, gorgeous and only $35. If you can handle this distance sign up with Patou Bateaux or others who will let you park at the end and drive you to the starting point, that way you can go straight to your car. You need full sun protection or you're toast. I got sunburn on my feet on the tiny part between shoe and pants. I recommend going in a tandem as paddling it all by yourself will hurt as well as exhaust. Takes several breaks.
