Ambler is nice small town to live. Check it out. The areas surrounding this quaint little town offers much nicer homes and have great restaurants in that area. Not to mention the many quaint places to eat on Butler Pike. Let's not forget the railroad runs through which doesn't take long to get to Philadelphia. And of course the schools within Ambler are highly rated.
Thank you, I'm glad it helped! I know, I call it the Jersey Shore as well but people who aren't familiar might not have known what I meant by the Jersey Shore.
@@Philadelphiasuburbs Thanks for your response! I grew up in Newtown Square out in Echo Valley. It was beautiful out there. Just a great place to live as a kid. Lots of things to do and the history was fascinating. I’m retired and wouldn’t mind looking at something in that area, in the future.
@@Philadelphiasuburbs okay. This was only the second video of yours that I have watched, the first being the NYC Vs Phila video. I've seen you give shout outs to Main Line towns since. Just a little upset that one of the greatest suburban communities in the country was being ignored. Proud to be someone who grew up in a very modest rowhome in Rawnhurst to the proud owner of a lovingly restored stone colonial in Wynnewood.

Very informative. It's the "Jersey Shore" not New Jersey beaches.

@@Philadelphiasuburbs Hey thanks. I’m in Florida.
Grew up in Haverford ( between Bryn Mawr and Ardmore).
Do you have a beef with the Main Line? Not a mention of Narberth, Ardmore, Wayne, etc.
This was a list from Niche.com not my own list

That’s great! Have you owned it long?
What you think about allentown pa flipping houses business.
It all depends on the price you buy the house for. House flippers make their money on the buy side. Thanks for watching
@@Philadelphiasuburbs exactly thank you
What about Malvern, Phoenixville, King of Prussia?
Those are some great ones as well
What happen to chessnuthill
Chestnut Hill is a great suburb but unfortunately didn’t make the list according to niche.com
Do you currently live in Chestnut Hill?
Yes
Chestnut Hill is inside Philadelphia. Technically it is not a suburb.
