You know what would be a better spice limit test? Going to a restaurant that serves actually spicy foods that aren't odious concoctions of miscellaneous mildly spicy foods.
Half the stuff he put on there are types of bases, and cut the spice down CONSIDERABLY.

My friend is absolutely OBSESSED with these “spice limit” TikToks. I’ve tried to tell her that most of the stuff isn’t actually spicy but she didn’t believe me. Not until yesterday she actually tried the trend (with the same stuff as one of this guy’s videos) and then realised how it’s not spicy at all.
Then when he tried something actually spicy he screamed like he’d been punched in the nuts by Mike Tyson…what if you make those cake pops for your friend and tell her it’s not spicy either? 😂

So it's low effort, not even a good challenge for spice eating, and the whole end point is to just have no reaction to all the spice. Wonderful content.
Also, there are people out there who have little to no reaction to spice, so if you're lucky you too can sell out by just eating food for clout.

A few problems I had with those videos
Flaming Hot Mountain Dew isn't spicy at all
Wasabi isn't "spicy", it causes a steamy reaction
And that's now how you make cake pops
Not to mention most wasabi you buy in stores isn't even real wasabi to begin with.

I worked at a grocery store when they were selling that Flaming Hot Mountain Dew and I don't think they sold any of it. Maybe we sold a few of the really small bottles.

Next EAT ONE small habenaro or regular sized wait 60 seconds no drink sipping water is acceptable to try and wash the seeds down and water doesn't help that much. And next your choice Carolina reaper of ghost pepper one bite of one and 2 minute burn time before you can have milk.5 minutes and if you can do it then you are better then every fake spicy hot Cheetos tiktoker. Ik spice king is about the only one who could handle it but he does the weird non spicy foods mixed with lightly spicy foods smashed together into a less spicy grossness.
I think what makes August more mad is that he has to watch these types of videos while knowing his local store wont have all or any of these fine products for himself to try... things were more simple with Trump as president.

You forget the time where he DID eat 12 carolina reapers. And the time HE DID eat ghost peppers. Now from all of these videos all your doing is picking and choosing certain clips.
If I want to watch someone to test their spicy level I go watch that hot wings show. Because at least there it's one level up, and not combines a whole bunch of stuff that are all on the same level or one level above.

I use to make sausage that was serious spicy. habinero season with fresh habanero (the whole thing with seeds) I've had compliments from customers and a few who asked to make it hotter. thus kid wouldn't survive the sausage I made.
I remember when I ate a dried carolina reaper in highschool. I was a sophomore and had gotten it from a guy in my math class. To make a long story short, you could not pay me any amount of money to go through that pain again.

I'll bet you anything he's choked before, but edited it out. Must have hurt really badly, too. Choking on a hot pepper is no joke. I've done it before with some raw habanero seeds, and it's agony how it gets up into your sinuses when you're trying to cough it out.
Honestly it looks like you want something to be mad about while some of his videos are pathetic he's eaten spicy things before and this trend has been done by people with actual high spice limits why dont you go to them?
The main thing that concerns me is the sheer amount of MSG he ingested in such a short time. Both Takis and Cheetos have a good amount in them, besides whatever else that probably has some in it
i might be wrong but i heard somewhere that your body literally turns salt into msg in the processes of digesting it.
also as far as i know lab test have shown that unless your putting it in a syringe and injecting huge amounts msg is relatively safe aside from the fact that it has sodium in it so it will raise your blood pressure just like salt. what you need to be worried about is all the other preservatives and shit in there otherwise i completely agree

Plus, how does one turn Sodium Chloride into Monosodium Glutamate? At least, thats what I have heard about it, and I cannot find any data that your body turns salt into MSG. Your body does produce Glutamates, but in small quantities

from what ive seen so far the only link is that cancer needs more glutamate to grow then normal cells do but i havnt seen anything saying that more glutamate makes cancer grow faster so not eating any would maybe in theory slow cancer down but eating more wont speed it up atleast as i understand it but im not a doctor so im prolly wrong

that zombie snot is probably my favorite hotsauce and it is actually made with some amount of reaper. now that being said it also has things like lime and green apples to mellow the spice put but it can be pretty rough if you eat enough of it. August I HIGHLY recommend it if you haven't tried it. throw it on some Mexican food and pizza.. you're welcome 😊
