Visited the shop in Seattle back in 07-08??? Freind of mine set it all up 1-1 with you guys and this incredible machine ! Never forgotten the taste and smells, at the time I knew very little about espresso haven only begun to experiment with the processes. This will always be my bench mark for coffee 🫡🙋♂️
