I'm still curious why % arabica cafe didn't weigh their dose and yield? Almost all specialty cafes nowdays weigh their dose and yield. I've visited arabica cafe in arab street singapore and order 2 hot lattes both tasted bitter and overextracted. Latte art was impressive tough.
It's a large chain already. With 70 stores in 14 countries, quantity naturally goes over quality. They can have superfancy and very expensive 3-group Slayer and white and heavy Mazzers - why not doserless though? - but the milk is understeamed and distinctly watery. Because of making latte art easier for a barista... And look at how messy the workplace is. And omitting the using scales for what gets in and out? No excuse.
@@try5613 so what's the point of calibrating the grinder to get the perfect espresso in the morning while the rest of the day you used inconsistent dose of coffee in your basket then?
Love their trademark coffee machine.. beautiful. It’s all over the world now. Love it here in Singapore 🇸🇬

Depends
No need to weigh the dose if they calibrate the grinder everyday before they open the store

Any brand recommendation to coffee or to machine that you are using?
Some people have no clue on what their doing....coffee is also an art.
Coffee is also a refuge for snobs.
I suggest that you don't have to use your hands when leveling. because if there are customers who see, they will feel disgusted

推粉这么浪费,还以为多帅,真的够了。
有人在摄像呢,当然要姿势要帅,动作要快哈哈,这个还不算浪费,我还看过浪费更严重的,这些咖啡店也不差钱。
