    I have this unknown condition since Feb 2020 and this exercise really reached the stiff knots. Thank you

    I am about 10 days in with Covid and looking to build up my lungs again, this really helped a lot! Will be repeating tomorrow

    I am a lungs TB patient and looking to make my lungs stronger. Yoga comes from india, but we indians have been neglecting it, thanks to you to bring light to these techniques

    Thank you for your time and effort into putting this together! It is so appreciated! I like how clear the explanations and instructions were, even though I’ve been practicing yoga for years. My lungs are still in the process of recovering from double pneumonia over the summer, and I know repeating this practice often will really help strengthen them. Thanks so much! 😊💛 Namaste 🙏🏼

I got it in one lung many years ago and it certainly was an unpleasant experience. Wishing your lungs will regain full strength very soon. ❤

    Jut great, helpful and very good by winter to strech your lung and adjust your hips, while swimming is impossible
