- After months we can finally presents You can be king map, a simple Switch roles of Jayfeather and Lionblaze, which both cats try to find their own places where their passions truly belong and battle their own struggles

What a fantastic map ! I really like the idea of that role switch ! I think Jayfeather deserved more of a shot at being a warrior, and making him talk with Longtail about it is so well thought ! Lionblaze also really deserves some love. The part where Leafpool comforts him is literally the first time I've ever seen them interact in a map, and I love it. He's also such a teddy-bear looking character, I could see him being the big-brother caretaker type as medicine cat.

I feel like the idea of having buff cats as med cats is so underrated, so I love Lion’s inclusion. The idea that people are wasting a talent following what they want always made me so upset, so seeing Lion becoming a med cat is 10/10!
I like to imagine Mothwing and Mudfur were quite buff due to them both being warriors prior- as well as that medicine cat that killed bluestar’s mother (I forgot his name)

This is such a creative concept! I’m surprised I didn’t see this sooner. Everyone did amazing! The tone of the map is set very well. I also adore the designs! Also long tail and Jayfeather, longtail and jayfeather!!!!
I love the map and the designs for the characters. Everyone did an amazing job with this map. I love how Longtail was able to help one more apprentice in the au. If he wasn't an elder, I'm sure he would've taken Jayfeather under his wings.
oh my god I was just thinking about this because I'm like 2/3rds into The Sight and I actually felt that disdain for shoving Jaypaw into the medicine cat role I fucking LOVE THISSS
Lionpaw becomes a medicine cat for his brother's sake and he doesn't like hurting people despite how easily he does it and he actually finds passion and Jaypaw gets to train as a warrior and find that his clanmates respect him when he finally completes his training and he's HAPPY
and they're both just so hAPPYYYYY

This is something I never realized I wanted! I always thought it would be cool for Jay to be a warrior despite his blindness, and this takes that to a whole new level if that makes sense.

I like Ivypool being Lionblaze’s (Liontuft’s) apprentice at the end credits. I would imagine in this universe that Lionblaze (Liontuft) gave her the suffix “pool” after his mother, Leafpool.

As an avid Jayfeather fan, this was a beautiful MAP, the art was gorgeous and the AU is so enjoyable, I love this so much

Something I’m a bit confused about, did Leafpool and Squirrelflight die in this AU? If so how or did just leaf pool die or is that not leaf pool and who is the dead orange cat if not Squirrelflight? Also some other general events confused me a bit too
