Hi there, thank you for your question! Try waiting 30-60 minutes, as updates can occasionally take longer. If it remains stuck, perform a hard reset by holding down the power button to shut it off, then restart. If this doesn’t resolve it, try booting into Safe Mode by pressing F8 (or Shift + F8), where you can uninstall recent updates or check for issues. You could also attempt a Startup Repair by accessing Advanced Startup Options through F11. Alternatively, use System Restore within Troubleshoot > Advanced Options to revert to an earlier point. If none of these work, disconnect external devices in case of a hardware conflict, then restart.
Hi there, thank you for your question! If your Windows device asks for an admin password you don’t know, first check if your account has admin privileges in Settings > Accounts > Your Info. If not, try leaving the password blank or using default passwords like "admin." If that doesn’t work, restart the computer in Safe Mode by holding Shift while clicking Restart in the power menu. Then, open the Command Prompt and create a new admin user using the command: "net user newadmin /add", "net localgroup administrators newadmin /add ". Log in with the new account to regain access. If the admin account is tied to a Microsoft account, use the account recovery page to reset the password. For further help, contact Microsoft Support.
Hi there, thank you for your question! First try waiting a few minutes to see if it fully loads. If it doesn’t, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, and check for any processes using a lot of resources. You can also run msconfig from Task Manager, uncheck the Safe Boot option under the Boot tab, and restart. Alternatively, force a restart and press F8 or Shift + F8 to access the Advanced Boot Options menu, then select "Start Windows Normally" or "Last Known Good Configuration." If these steps fail, you may need to trigger the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) by forcing the system to turn off and on three times; from there, use troubleshooting tools like Startup Repair or System Restore.
