  • So the UK and India are both great places to go to medical school and to become doctors, however, they do both differ in various ways such as fees, salaries, curriculums and rankings. I, as an Indian student studying medicine in the UK am going to compare both for you and present the advantages and disadvantages of studying in both countries, hopefully giving you insight as well as aiding your decision of where to study.

    • @shivaanbahlmed

      Hey, so the time it takes to become a consultant after medical school on average varies from 5-9 years, however, that is only the time for completing your full training. Afterwards you must wait for a consultant position to free up in the speciality you are pursuing before you can become a consultant.

    • @shivaanbahlmed
      @shivaanbahlmed  2 года назад +1

      Thanks! In terms of free resources there is the official UCAT website and few practice questions on the medic portal, otherwise most resources are paid. In terms of time I think 1-2 months of preparation is sufficient and maximum 3 months because more than that and you’re compromising on time you’re giving to other things.
