Hey another thing I would like to say is since you are just a 15 year old I would recommend u to do mbbs in India then MD in USA cuz it costs crazy in USA .In India u can finish the whole thing in 2 crores while if u apply directly after twelfth in USA u have to bsc which will cost you min 3 crores then MD again which will cost you min 3 crores and then residency programmes which will again cost you 3 crores .So you should be ready to spend min 9 crores .Fees may be higher too .Plus scholarships are not really that good for international students .I am not saying to demotivate you .Just giving you idea .ATB

As this very new branch has a very limited scope in India. My grandson has recently completed the same in 2020 with good grades and presently pursuing Masters in the same but we don't see very good future in India due to a limited use of this field. In the US, medicine is a graduate course unlike in India where you can go for the MBBS right after your high school. But keep it in mind that if you want to take admission in an international med school you have to score 360/720 as directed by the MCI. (In NEET) After completing your B.Sc, you have to give MCAT and there are no test centres in India which conduct MCAT in the country, so for that you have to fly to neighbouring countries such as Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore Malaysia etc..(you can search this on the internet)
@@dr.stubborn3103 there are no such scholarship exam in Harvard But if you get admission in the Harvard and if your family income is less that $60,000 then they will provide you will 100% scholarship. Also while applying for any ivy League school you can mention in you c.v about your financial status. You can gather information from other RUclipsrs as well.

It's really hard to get residency at Harvard (MGH, Beth Israel etc) after doing medicine from a foreign country that's not SK, England or Germany etc. You'll need 260+ in USMLEs, clinical experience of at least a year in the United States, some research and no gaps between graduation and residency application.
Could you please tell if my 12th score matters because I got 75 percent in 12th but now In UG I'm averaging a 9.2 cgpa . I'm a third year student by the way. Please reply it would be very helpful and also thank you , for such an informative video though .❤
Doing MD from Harvard is down right stupid if you're an Indian....It would make more sense for you to do MBBS from india (which saves time and is a hell of a lot cheaper) and then practicing in the US through USMLE...

Doing MD from Harvard is down right stupid if you're an Indian....It would make more sense for you to do MBBS from india (which saves time and is a hell of a lot cheaper) and then practicing in the US through USMLE...
Dude u get nothing after mbbs, u have not seen reality.
It nearly takes 10 to 12 years for becoming a proper doctor.
