You didn't do anything but turn it on, get mad because it wasn't a Kaleido3 or Gallery color e-ink (which it never claimed to be), fumble it into its case and complain for 8 minutes and 43 seconds. This is not an 'unboxing' video. Are you OK; you seemed disproportionately upset.
I've tested the previous model under fluorescent lights and it is A LOT less reflective than phones with matte protector.... Test it for yourself you might be surprised....
I agree with the other comments, this is a very poor review and not very subjective but just a personal 'beef' on it not being 'kindle - like'; how you have 1.3m subscribers and 558 views in 10 days I can only guess.
So is it a wacom pen. With prices of the galaxy ultra i`d take phone with a proper normal sized nibs wacom pen (not the bullshit one motorola uses) any day of the week.
Is it possible to block RUclips content creators? Guy can't read and gets upset because he thinks he's been fooled when he's really just a fool. Well I can read, and this not an "unboxing and first impressions" video. His mind was made up long before the unboxing.

Try putting the phone in the case bottom 1st then the top , calm down , accept it's LCD , try the paper modes , stop whining , grow up , thanks.

if you flip the switch on the right of the phone it gives you an option to turn on the e-ink mode
