How about pull-ups on a doorframe or bar at home? I think it might help to train pulling strength in your arms, shoulders and upper back. also by hanging on a bar you train finger strength to hold on to the boom for longer.
Nico Is it possible for you to do a video laying out your weekly schedule for normal training. You could use archive footage. Covering. Schedule for the week, how many times you train, how long you sail for what the sessions are focussed on for drills. Your channel is excellent
well sounds excellent with all those different options, funny because my sport coach gave me almost same workouts ! though he knows I am windsurfing...here is what I do if of any interests : 1st Round (total 8mn) - Regular plank 20 seconds + 10 sec. side planks during (total : 4mn) - 1mn break - Revese lunge 20 sec. + 10 sec. squats (total : 4mn) - 1mn break 2nd round (total 12mn with no proper break) - 2x burpees / 2x squats/ 2x push ups /2x glute bridge then you try to do x 4, x6, x8...until you reach 12mn honestly there is a 3rd round but I can't do it so far !!!

But the content you put out is very important for people that dont have the know how to do it by themselves. ✌✌✌💪💪 i have a workout and nutrition plan for my goals for the last 30 years that i follow everyday 😁😁 i know i am crazy 😁😁 cheers

Nice workout, good to see a windsurf specific one for the core. I've never used a bosu ball, but watching this and others use them I made something similar from a piece of hardboard resting on 4 tennis balls tied together in a plastic bag. Raised off the floor a bit more by putting on a book. It works as a temporary bosu ball, good for balance.
I was honestly expecting a much *steamier* locked down couples fitness video like Blanca Alabau and Matteo did.. almost erupting into "the next stage" 🤣

Great workout definitely gonna use some of it. When I’m racing my neck aces when I look up wind and when I’m done with the race do u think there is any exercises to stop that from happening or why it’s happening
Best video - i started to do this as a weekly workout and after 6 months with it I‘m still doing it.
