What a joy it is to see such an accomplished, intelligent, confident and professional young woman who delights in preparing a traditional dish. Inspiring. Jamie is a great sidekick who knows what it’s like to start out in his younger days. Bravo chef.
Great dish, great video....I'm delighted to see this young chef persisting in "jazzing up" the classic French "Chou Farçi"! Traditional "chou farçi" (stuffed cabbage) is made with pork & veal. So it's interesting to see her mixing pork, chicken & tongue together with that sweet touch by adding figues. Unfortunately I live in Brittany, hundreds of miles from Marseilles as I'd love to try her recipe out....
Do all plates like it's for your mother! love it and such a good approach. I have a crazzy Greek mom, so she will love anything I do, but also tell me everything she would do different :)
Looks amazing! 😍🤤 We also make cabbage rolls in my country, but we don't put tongue. Tongue is one of my favorites so I'd love to try these! We eat cabbage rolls with lingonberry jam and I think it'd go great with these as well 😁👌

i have never heard of this dish before in my life, it looks simple and complex at the same time, how about putting the dates with cashews, w/ sardines, or a ball of blue cheese, or some other cheese and garlic in the middle of the ball ..............?????
The skin of the tongue is very tough, you can not eat it. I don't think that is wasting. It is the same as peeling a pineapple, it is not wasting, just not edible
😂 I thought the same thing, but then thought they probably collect the bones and make broth/stock for other dishes and probably fry up the skin into crispy bits for other dishes. They just didn’t use it in this particular dish.
Do it like you're cooking for your mother..wow, best advice ever ❤.

What happened to Jamie's restaurants?
Covid and Bad Management
The food looks good for once because Jamie is under adult supervision.

😊💯💯💯👍
Wait, she just said they use everything and then had him take the skin off. I'm confused that's not using nose to tail

@@healthy.keto.lifestyle the skin on the chicken
Probably keeps it for a broth or stock????
Your talent is in cooking and you should show it on the khal.

It looks like a traditional Ukrainian dish - holubtsi.
Que desastre de traduccion , if you need some help just contac to me ..Merci!
Ni en français ni sous titrés, je suis déçue
It's about nose to tail, using the whole animal
Are you putting the chicken skin in the moose?
No
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂 I thought the same thing, but then thought they probably collect the bones and make broth/stock for other dishes and probably fry up the skin into crispy bits for other dishes. They just didn’t use it in this particular dish.
lol, nose to tail doesn't mean you use everything in just one dish 🤣
Chicken skin in a moose?? ffs 😂😂😂
Get a shave Jamie 👍👍
Have you ever considered a change in career Jamie? Something that doesn’t involve food??
Please don't do that anymore, Jamie. This dubbed audio track is horrible. Keep the original English as default. Those who want it can switch.
Its an amazing recipe tho
Thanks .but please we don't need any transleter 😠
Please don’t Jamie….and stop stealing other cultures food for your terrible recipes!!!
It is literally a local French chef. 😅
Beautiful ❤
