Ty dr. You got that right. Many videos are giving general solutions. which i have done many hurting myself worse :(. Ty for explaining thoroughly what might be going on !
Hello Doc, I have a question about training glutes for SI stability. Is 'fire hydrant' exercise good for glutes? I feel less SI pain when I do fire hydrants, but this exercise might be counterproductive for SI stability, or not? I'm confused 🤔 Thank you for your helpful videos!
Hey doc, Been following you for a while. Great work! I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis grade1 5 months ago. Did physio regularly and no pain for 2 months and a sudden bump on the road started my pain again for 2 weeks and then now I'm fine again. No pain, i have a strong ab connection and maintain a neutral spine position everytime. Now how should i proceed further. What kind of activities should i try doing or shall i rest for somw more time. I'm confused doc. And also can you please tell when can i get back to running, badminton or gym. Thanks. Hoping to hear from you!
I've been advised to see a neurosurgeon for relief of lower lumbar stenosis and disc bulge issues. Which I feel I will not be agreeing with or receiving. Although I will be receiving shots which may aid in pain relief while attempting core training . Rome wasn't built in a day. I've had severe curvature of my spine since I was a child, so much so that my brothers called me bubble but due to that causing my rear end to 'stick out' so needless to say, when I had that fall , it caused major issues.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Great visuals! Thank you so much
Excellent video to understand the cause of back pain for non-native English speaker. Thank you very much.
I love your videos you're a great doctor
Why can't this be a knowledge understood by ALL physicians
Hi doc, is it possible to get personal training with you?

Wouldn't lumbar support pillows reinforce that unhealthy lumbar curvature?
