100% ETH will fall after this upgrade. Right now the large players are wsh trading ETH to raise the price artificially, so they can short ETH. Thing is ETH will probably drop 20 to 30% over the next three months after the upgrade. But be very carefull once the year of the dragon happens. ETH is going to go ona terror.
