Almost everything he said are things I've been wrestling with through researching Bitcoin, inflation, the markets, wealth transfer, technology etc. Yet my mind is blown to hear someone who has gone so deep on this subject for so long and is able to both explain the drivers and the possible scenarios. Frankly it is comforting to know Mr. Booth and James are out there struggling with these rather scary scenarios as well. Really well done James.

Jeff’s brain is very literacy based while James is very math oriented (straight to the point x means y etc). Fascinating hearing these two during this conversation. Great interview!! Somewhat depressing to have a clear picture of our financial mess illustrated. I'm not sure Bitcoin can or will "save" us from this situation but I do know that we are better off with Bitcoin than without it. All roads lead to Bitcoin. Thanks so much James!!!

[Great video really. Also i agree with your opinion, For the newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's the sad truth. For a start you need a good and experienced hand to guide you. Trust me, trading isn't difficult as we see it. With the right Signals and guide, you can earn hugely monthly.
You're right! I have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. It's been an uneasy ride for me. Who is your mentor please. I actually don't mind paying.

To support what Jeff Booth said here, for 800 years the gold system established in the Roman Empire during the 3rd century held (from roughly 290 AD to roughly 1050 AD). Then it got debased throughout the 11th century under Roman Emperors such as Constantine IX Monomachus (a series of misrule and extravagant spending), leading to a financial collapse and military catastrophe.
Around the 12th Century the Venetian Ducat established itself as the mainstay of trade, and that remained the system too for centuries, until the Dutch (relatively briefly) replaced the Venetian Ducat system, and then the Dutch in turn were supplanted by the British Pound Sterling, until the early 20th century and the unwinding in the wake of WWI.
Thanks for this, I was wishing I knew the histories he was referencing and you used the 'debasement' phrase James explained earlier, where they lowered the amount of gold in the coins. Inflation is a neat trick...until it's not.
