    Got a roller in December and have been using it weekly ever since to this video… and I gotta stay for a beginner this really helped me get after it more than a couple times due to the relief from soreness, thank you.

    What can you use if you don't have a foam roller

      You can use a tennis ball, soft ball, baseball. Also be careful because those surfaces are more solid. Don’t put to much bodyweight on your muscles. Complete these exercises with light pressure when using these items instead of a foam roller.
