He didn't even say what brush to use or what setting to apply, because the brush paints over the area with a foreground color, it's not smoothing any lines. He should at least explain first how to use the brush without a foreground color being applied.

Looks like the fire overlays have disappeared from your Etsy account. Do you have something similar or are these coming back anytime soon?

Ex. "and make sure you decrease the hardness for better smoothing of the lines". You can't assume on the minute things.
